1 /5 Samantha Williams: I was excited to see that this salon was owned by a brand, new owner and new management given the circumstances of all the negative reviews of the prior establishment. I decided to give them another shot. Everything was going great until my technician started filing my nails with the electric file, it started to burn. I told her this several times and she continued to go over the same spots. When she started her acrylic work, everything was fine there until she then proceeded to file my nails with a manual file and sliced my pinky open as well as Cut my cuticles with the electric file during the final process. I was very vocal throughout the entire time and mention as well as as several times in front of colleagues as well as as the owner and new management come the time of checkout I was still charged full price for my nails with no compensation given and or an apology. very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.
