Seni Asor: East West Dental has friendly staff, but there seems to be an ongoing challenge with maintaining scheduled appointments. I’ve experienced multiple instances where my appointments were rescheduled, sometimes more than once, which can be inconvenient when trying to plan my day. I hope they can improve the consistency of their scheduling in the future.
Shawna Montgomery: I had a very bad experience at another local dentist office. So I was nervous and apprehensive when I went to Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry.
When I arrived the system was down and they apologized for any inconvenience. The receptionist was very cordial and the waiting area was spotless.
When taken to the back with Evelyn she was gentle with me in doing my X-rays and explained every step. I felt more comfortable.
I forgot the persons name that measured my gums but she explained the process and stopped whenever I felt uncomfortable.
Dr. Meijer was amazing, she spoke kindly and was very gentle in my exam. After going over my treatment plan, she had Josh to come from the front to discuss the financial aspect .
Every person that I was in contact with on that day was kind and caring. I deeply appreciate it the one on one experience with each person and the privacy to discuss the financial aspect in the back instead of at the front desk was an exceptional plus!
I look forward to completing my treatment at this office and continuing using their services as long as I live in the area
Kayla Madden: Great team here! If theres anyone I can point out, it would be Alexis. Shes seen me a handful of times and every time shes been so nice to work with. I tend to get anxious when it comes to dentist visits, and her personality is definitely an ease for me. I also appreciate her attention to detail, wouldnt stop til the crowns fit just right! 10/10 Would recommend this location and care team.

Every single person who works in the office is SO kind and they treat you with the utmost respect. Pam, the office manager is truly awesome. She is thorough and works with you to make sure you’re cared for, no matter what! Dr Desai is so kind and always checks in during procedures to ensure you’re doing okay and comfortable. I highly recommend this dental practice, I’m so grateful they’re mine!
