1 /5 J J: Terrible office. I will not be returning because they: 1. Take a month and a half to schedule you for important and time sensitive NSTs and ultrasounds. 2. Charge you the wrong amount and bill the wrong insurance. 3. Don’t tell you what’s going on. At my last appointment on 2/3, the nurse literally asked me “What were the results of your NST?” I told her I had no idea because a doctor hadn’t told me yet. The doctor in charge that day, Christina Herrera, did not even come in to tell me the results of my NST or my ultrasound. A nurse just told me “you’re good to go”. I left without any information whatsoever. I was charged almost $1000 for this. I’ve tried to be kind and patient with them. I really have. But after all of these really bad errors on their part, I cannot justify their behavior any longer. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re much better off going to AdventHealth.

1 /5 Alexis Higgs: This is the worse office ever to go to. Kelly the office manager called me telling me that the way I sent a message saying I don’t want to speak to the nurse and only a doctor is a problem. They are use to telling people what they gone done and not use to people advocating for themselves. They say the midwife not delivering your baby an on call nurse or resident will. Then have the audacity to get mad cause I didn’t let nobody but the midwife touch me. They pass you around to different doctors and if you need to see a doctor they won’t see you until your next appointment. I ain’t stopping how I talk for anyone if I’m not being rude or disrespectful. If I say I don’t want to talk to nobody but the midwife then that’s my decision you can’t force me to let a nurse or resident touch me. Update: She goes behind my back and has me discharged before my last appointment we scheduled like 2 days before so I call to see what’s going on she’s like oh we discharged you because I don’t like how you talk even though it’s not disrespectful or cursing.

1 /5 R M: This clinic is a nightmare. They refused to let me see Dr because I’m late for my appointment . How fear when Dr is late ,it’s okay to wait 40 minutes . I had emergency in my way to appointment. My husband got sick and I have to take him to hospital before appointment 1 hours . Then when I arrived late , they said no . We have to reschedule the appointment.

5 /5 Kiddy Whoo: This is the best clinic I have went to for my last child. They get me in and out. Aubrey is so good and the staff there is so nice every visit.

5 /5 Nikki Graham-Folks: I am currently a referred patient here, and have yet to come for a visit - but I wanted to already write how blown away I have been with the level of service and care I am receiving from just the Customer Experience staff. My husband is in the military which makes it pretty tricky for us to schedule appointments which align with him being home - however, it being our first child, I am trying my hardest at being proactive. Samantha and Kaylee have gone above and beyond the call of duty to try to make it happen for us. Knowing that Mondays are their busiest days - they have been jumping through hoops to ensure that I can get an appointment during the 3 day span of when my husband is home, and I couldnt be more grateful. However you are training your team on empathy, compassion, and kindness is working - I have yet to see an MD and I know we will be well taken care of. Thank you Samantha and Kaylee!
