    • University Medical Care - Winter Park janessa rodriguez: My uncle has been a patient with Dr. Kapoor‘s office since 2020 apparently a bill was sent incorrectly submitted to insurance and it wasn’t paid due to that one bill. It refused to see my uncle after being hospice for 90 days fighting for his life and having to schedule a follow up to Dana and dimples and they refused to resubmit the claim that they submitted incorrectly to begin with because my uncle had insurance not want us to pay $430 out-of-pocket when we have medical insurance Billing department, unprofessional, respectful, no empathy no sympathy horrible disgusting how such a great doctor could have such a lack of good staff and support

    AdventHealth East Orlando - Orlando Christina Williams: I have been coming to this ER for years because they have always gone above and beyond for me. Everyone has always had an amazing phenomenal attitude however today was my worst experience ever to the extent that I would never want to come here ever again nor recommend anyone. My HIPPA rights were completely violated over four times in less than an hour. Due to frustration with the treatment (never raising my voice) just verbally said that I am extremely frustrated and furious; security was called. I had a surgery done and no one explained anything to me after. In fact, I was told that the doctor was explaining the procedure to me while I was completely incoherent due to the anesthesia. Please make it make sense. Nurses came into my room to view my body without drawing a curtain or even closing the door. Extremely unprofessional. I was charged for medication that no one explained. Overall, this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

    Womens Care - Winter Park Theresa Rogers: WCF has been my OB-GYN for over 22 years. I was referred to them due to my high risk status with my last pregnancy in 2001. The care I received then and since has been amazing. Any doctor I have ever seen over the years has been absolutely wonderful. I have always felt comfortable with every level of care, especially with having had 3 surgeries. I currently see Dr. Bridge and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to connect with his patients. Making appointments is easy peasy and the girls are so sweet.
    Winter Park Internal Medicine - Winter Park Ginger Clark: I have been seeing Gretchen Smith for approximately 2 years and have always been impressed by her deep knowledge and genuine care. This past week she proved how unique she really is as a medical provider. After becoming ill, I called for an appointment and they immediately worked me in that day. She also provided a thorough exam and then followed up with me the next day. The entire office staff are professional and courteous making the practice a real gem in today’s healthcare environment.
    Dr. Timothy C. Childers, MD - Winter Park James Dreyer: Dr. Childers was amazing with his surgical skills and his in person communication prior to my multiple hernia surgery and follow-up. He was very attentive to my questions on surgical details and post operative care. The medical support staff in his office were exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Childers for his professional advice, surgery and overall medical care.
    Enrique Vega, MD, FACS - Winter Park Karin S: Dr. Enrique Vega of Advent Health is an utter DISGRACE of a doctor. My mother died under his care. He acted without any care, concern, or compassion for her for a problem that was completely TREATABLE and instead she died in the hospital directly under his care. She was robbed of her life and time with me, her husband, her son, her grandchildren, and sisters all because this man didnt do his job properly.
    AdventHealth Innovation Tower - Orlando Jason m: I had autoimmune encephalitis and saw Dr Mizell neurologist. First I have to say how amazing he is and his staff. I have mainly been dealing with Madi and she is unbelievable and made this process so easy for me. She is so sweet and understanding. The whole neurological team is the best. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Mizell and his staff.
    Premier Infectious Disease Care - Winter Park Joanie Schultz: I am so grateful for Dr.’s at Premier Infectious disease; All of them are great! Dr. Gonzalez has been fantastic along with Dr. Shah, Dr Spain & Norisha & all the others that have taken care of my husband who’s extremely complicated patient needing (8) different specialists to treat all co- . Truely “A God send” working hours on my husband‘s life. If you’re needing Infectious Disease, I highly recommend this office. Professional personable, willing to listen to their patients & explain and answer questions Also…their staff is fantastic at the office.:-) thank you so much for all that you do for my husband!
