5 /5 Jennifer Hardin: The TRUTH is...I have a new auto service company I can trust and has earned my business! Tristan is genuinely kind, knowledgeable, professional and courteous - traits I have been looking for in an auto professional for ages. I had been with a national auto service company for about 20 years, although never felt 100% confident that I was being told the TRUTH about necessary repairs. I know nothing about cars and I unfortunately have to rely on others to steer me in the right direction. Just by chance, through word of mouth, I learned about Truth Auto Repair and decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. Tristan understood the repair I needed was expensive however, took it upon himself to research options and was able to save me over $500. Between the other auto shop I have used and the dealership, this is something which never happens. Thank you, Tristan for your integrity. 2 /5 Marc Carter: Spent almost $900 here.. they fixed my back brakes,Shoes, rotors... I asked if they could sand/file the rotors down instead of buying new ones to save my pocket some money I was told they couldnt do that because they couldnt guarantee that because the rotors were too far gone because my brakes seized up. I got this done in April this year and here it is in July and Ive had to go buy brakes because my rotors were sand/filed down and not new like they had told me they were doing so it wore my brakes down... How future folks who come here can tell the difference in new rotors or filed/sanded down rotors just take the wheels off and feel it if its rusted before 6 months is up then they are not new rotors. Im the guy with the Cadillac srx if you want to contact me I have the same number. I am really hoping others are not done this way.

1 /5 Andrea Weisberger: The people at this shop go out of their way to be cruel to community cats, even trespassing on the neighboring property to set up barriers preventing cats from accessing their feeding station. Employees are rude and threatening as well, unable to have a reasonable discussion. The truth is they have no integrity, and no moral compass. Innocent creatures suffer as a result of their cruelty.
