From the very first contact through to picking up my car, the entire experience was excellent. Communication was clear, the team was professional, and the work was done promptly and correctly. It’s great to find a shop that knows European cars inside and out and delivers trustworthy service. Highly recommend!

Veronica Centeno The process of booking an appointment for service is extremely easy. Many other places needed me to bring in my car first and would charge me a diagnostic fee, but Southside Euro was different. They asked what I needed and gave me a quote for what I was requesting. There was no trying to sell me other services and an inspection was done to ensure I actually needed that fix. Price was upfront so it was no surprise when I checked out. They have a variety of drinks and snacks if you decide to wait for your vehicle as well. Just all around a great experience. I did have a little issue on when my vehicle would be completed but sometimes unfortunate events happen out of there control. The communication was great and I will definitely make that drive again to get my car serviced there. Thank you Southside Euro for your amazing service, professionalism, and great pricing!

Elyssa Cone Best experience with an auto repair shop ever. I have a 2015 Jeep renegade, and it was difficult to find a non-dealership local shop to help with major repair.The folks at Maxi were very informative and made sure to keep me in ln the loop with everything during the process. They sourced parts, and delivered excellent and fast service at a reasonable price. I will continue to get regular maintenance here going forward and recommending to all my people to do the same! 10/10

Maureen Foster Nick, Brandon & the team were amazing & completely transparent with the issues going on with my Jeep Compass! The issues were diagnosed quickly & repaired within 3 business days, one of the parts had to come from the west coast because of the car model, it was no fault of Maxie’s’. I cannot express enough, as a single woman, how trustworthy & honest this team is! Highly knowledgeable & very competent. Wendy Waters It’s rare that I can go to any place of business and feel comfortable immediately with the service I suspect I’m going to get. This place was one of those and it lived up to my expectations. They were friendly, explained what needed to be done and sent me an estimate to approve the work and did great work in my car. Will definitely come back.

Robert Stroud Been using these guys for about 17 years. They have always been up front and honest. They wont talk you into repairs that are NOT needed (DEALERSHIPS!) They do their very best, schedule wise, to let you know how long the repair will take. They are very fair ,cost wise, in these days of $$$$$$$ car repairs. 17 years and not one problem with them. Really good group of fellas.

Austin Bramlett Stuart is a awesome guy at Andy’s no one could get alignment straight and he did very quickly and got it completely straight 10/10 recommend this shop won’t ever go anywhere else again

Eva We were stranded in JAX for 2 days before finding Stuart. He came out and was so professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. We appreciated his honesty when we needed to be sent to Ford. He was upfront about his pricing and went above and beyond. He even took his time to explain what he was doing to my boyfriend who worked so hard to try fix it while we were calling for help (see photo). He also offered to work as a liaison for us in case we didn’t understand what Ford told us. Super cool family business. I would highly recommend.

Lorena Stewart I had a radiator leak. The help arrived at no time. It went beyond my expectations. The service was reliable, professional, and skillful. Mechanic showed extra care and time to have his work done properly. He brought all the parts needed. Also he was fully equipped with all his professional tools. He showed and explained in details radiator replacement process and answered all my questions regarding maintenance. Highly recommend for reliability and quality.

Jason Woodbine Drew was fast reliable and very accommodating. I had an issue with my starter he came right out to me and had it fixed and back up running within under 1 hour. His prices for his service with both fair and reasonable Id highly recommend him to anyone!

Gary Pelletier Outstanding service! I highly recommend KLDs. My daughters car wouldnt start at work and Kevin was able to come out the next day and get it started and then ordered a new starter and replaced it at my daughters home on a Saturday. It was so nice not having to pay for a tow. Very fair pricing. Ill definitely be using KLDs in the future.

T. Martinez KLD Mobile Auto Mechanic provided professional, friendly, and fast service. Mr. Davis explains what’s wrong with the vehicle, provides a detailed breakdown of what the repairs will entail and a fair price. He is down to earth and overall pleasant to work with.

Ogle John “J.T.” Took my Tacoma in and these guys crushed it. Super chill crew, but also totally dialed in—clean shop, chill vibes, solid and honest work. You can tell it’s a place run by people who actually care and know their stuff. The dealership side looked just as clean and professional—honestly looks like the kind of place I’d want to do business with if I were in the market. But this time was all about the repair, and they nailed it. Fair price, no BS, truck runs like a dream now. If you’re tired of getting jerked around at chain shops, this is the move. 10/10 would send the homies here.

Stephanie Guevara Juan has the worst communication ever. I have asked for invoices and receipts multiple times and havent gotten not 1. My car has been in the shop for over a year and has it blocked so I wont get it back. I am willing to pay as long as I get it back! They took parts off my car without consent. I have called and texted and no response! I have gone to the shop to talk to him and cant provide anything that I need to pay and be done with this place. 0/10 dont recommend.

Sophath Uch I just want to give a shout out to Felix. I usually dont write reviews but this one i had to. My truck broke down on the side of the road. I heard of Felix from a friend of a friend. He gave a reasonable price. He took care of the issue and also gave recommendations. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. His team worked on my Upper control arm, tie rod, ball joints, sway bar, and breaks. Also threw in alignment. Thank you Felix. You are now my go to Mechanic and i’ll recommend friends and family to you.

Cristy Benson Aarons is great to work with. We have been taking our vehicles to them for 10 years. They are always upfront about the costs. Explain what needs to be fixed right away and the assessment of things they have found. I would recommend them.

Roberto Zelaya Excellent service, diagnosed my problem in minutes, explained the process and then provided me with an estimate. I agreed on Friday and brought the car in on Monday, Had the car back by 4 pm. no surprises just straight up this is what we are going to do, this is how much it costs and Done! Will be back for any other repair my car or my wifes car need in the future. Aaron and Rhoda are the nicest people Ive had to deal with when it comes to car repairs and I can tell you they are way better than anyone I have talked to at dealerships. Totally recommend this shop for your car needs.

Dee Turner Duval Trans Is TOP NOTCH 1000%. From my first encounter with them when I basically broke down in front of their business 2 years ago which was a positive sign they took and taken care of me all the Time. Hes Professional, Honest, and just Plain Exceptional And Honorable Mention to My Girl CANDICE who Always Works Hard is Professional Pleasant Funny and Compassionate. Im also pleasantly surprised at Amanda too as my first in person encounter with her was nothing short of Amazing. They also Support Military and First Responders. A H It’s always scary going to a new automotive service center but Duval County Transmission was so friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to help educate me on all of my service needs and questions. The front desk staff Amanda is an angel. She is so sweet, bubbly and caring. The technicians are polite and extremely helpful as well. Gerald did an awesome job on my truck. This is my new trusted Auto Care Center.

Brian Fink These guys were absolutely awesome!! 5/5, 10/10 They went above and beyond when I had my alternator go out. AL & Sam were very professional & they had my car ready in just a couple of hours, on a Saturday no less. THEN, when I said I had to walk to pick up my car Sam picked me up and brought me to the shop (it was 100 degrees outside) and a little over 3 miles away. This place was a total blessing, thank you guys. You have a customer for life now!

Telisia Espinosa Today i came in to get my oul changed and get my brakes looked at. Tony and Tiffany were so helpful! I appreciated their honesty and their upfront information! My mechanic, Will was great!!! They were honest in what needed to be done and gave me options. I would highly encourage anyone who needs to have their car serviced to come here. Oh and I sat in the lobby and waited and I can tell you that the entire staff was professional. And it has to say something about a shop where they have customers that have been coming here for over a decade. This is what I got to witness while sitting there. What are you waiting for? Ross Wyles Spoke with Chris. He helped set me up a time to bring my 2019 mustang by. They were quick and efficient. Fair on price. Sierra H Recently switched from a corporate owned auto shop to Bayard, I brought my car in for an oil change and it was very fast! In and out in about 30 minutes, and was under $100. I was very impressed from my previous experiences in the area. I spoke to Tom he was friendly and helpful. I will be back for future auto needs!

Edward Heinold It’s not too often you have a great experience dealing with an auto repair shop but Bayard Auto Center is a positive exception to the rule. Scheduled a same day appointment for our Mercedes SUV it was completed on time for a lot less than the MB dealer. Derek and Thomas are easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the automotive repair business & utilize their expertise to guide their technicians if needed. As long as we have a car we will be back!!!

D Mac Probably the best small shop Ive been to honestly. They provided a cheap cost, quality repair and their customer service was impeccable. The two employees that assisted me were very forthright in bringing it back if the job wasnt 100 percent complete. Definitely give them your business.
