  • Urology Health Solutions, Inc. - Kissimmee Nesli Gursoy: I regret not reading the reviews before making the appointment. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about his behavior are accurate. My husband recently had some concerns due to abnormal test results. This morning, he had a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. He didnt listen, didn’t even mention the abnormal test results and when we asked questions, he became upset. It seemed like he just wanted to write a prescription and get out of the room I believe that professionals like this should not be in practice. I want to make others aware and advise caution before I proceed with filing a formal complaint.
AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Celebration - Kissimmee Melegal Name: Had Hemorrhoids surgery with Dr Smith, R. The office staff including managers are very bad to deal with. They were rude and had a bad attitude that they had to respond to my complaint that its been 28 hrs and counting since my first call advising them I was running out of pain medication. Im calling them pulling my hair out in pain and they are telling me they are doing all they can to send the meds to the pharmacy. In this day and age it should take 12 calls to the Dr. office to get a prescription sent. Still not resolved!! They still haven’t filled it! Procedure and Dr was great. Its too bad for that clinical team!!
Florida Hospital Celebration Health Medical Practices - Kissimmee Rick Burgess: Medical and support staff are professional, wonderful and very attentive at Celebration Hospital. The level of care is excellent. Unfortunately the front entrance teams are ratcheting down and enforcing right wing non caring rigid rules. While waiting for the official visiting hours, I witnessed a husband that was refused entry to be with his dying wife. Clearly the entry rules are uncaring this week. If employees are managed this way then their CEO Doug Harcombe needs to add some compassion to his rules.
Orlando VA Healthcare System - Orlando Ronald Herbas: My first time engaging with a VA medical facility, and I can honestly say it was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. From the information booth to my doctor’s checkup and finally to the pharmacy, the VA in Lake Nona was exceptional. It made me feel proud to have served in the U.S. Army.
Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando South - Edgewood M Sanchez: Extremely Disappointed with the Care for our precious grandmother. We trusted this recovery center to provide our grandmother with the care and support she needed, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. After leaving her in their hands, we quickly realized that the center was not equipped to provide the level of care they promised and she needed. When we first toured the facility, everything seemed fine—clean rooms, friendly staff, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. However, that illusion quickly faded once our loved one was settled in. First off, the communication from the staff (Case Manager especially, Christina and attending doctors) was practically non-existent. We had a hard time getting updates on her condition, and when we did hear from them, the information was vague and incomplete. It felt like we had to chase them down just to know how she was doing. The biggest issue was the lack of genuine care. We were shocked when visiting her on the 2nd and 3rd day after her arrival—she seemed disoriented, she was given sedatives that made her sleep for days. When we confronted the staff about these issues, the response was dismissive, one nurse blaming another and ultimately told that she was a bit restless. They assured me everything was "fine" without taking any responsibility for the oversight. We expected a nurturing environment where our grandmother would receive personalized attention, but instead, it felt like she was just another number on their list. Some staff members appeared overwhelmed and unhappy. I was personally told by two nurses that their facility could not assist her with walks (as we initially were told) because they were busy and had too many patients to care for. Are they understaffed?! This only added to the overall sense of neglect. Ultimately, my grandmother is worse than when she first arrived. We all regret not listening to our gut when we first had concerns. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care for their loved ones. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking. Please do your research and find a facility that truly values the well-being of your loved one.
Good Samaritan Medical Center - West Palm Beach Caitlin Lastinger: I’m so thankful for such an amazing birth experience at Good Sam! I really wanted to have my first baby in the Lilly Pulitzer suite, but I had no real expectations of the staff or overall experience beyond that (that’s how you can tell it was my first pregnancy). The labor and birth did not go at all according to plan, but my nurses just rolled with it and made me feel safe and taken care of. Special shout out to Denisha who LITERALLY held my hand through contractions, vomiting, bathroom trips, and getting my epidural. She answered every question with a smile and enough detail to make sure I felt informed and at ease. When it came time for my baby boy to meet the world, things took a bad turn and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the way the whole room went into action without missing a beat. You could feel the urgency as NICU and respiratory ran into the room, but no one showed any signs of stress or panic which kept me calm during a mother’s worst nightmare. My recovery time was equally as pleasant. Thank you Nurse Taylor for taking the time to teach us how to properly swaddle and bathe our boy, and the LC Kathy for her tips and unending patience while teaching me how to breastfeed. I have only great things to say about every nurse, doctor, and tech I met during my stay. They took excellent care of me and made sure I went home with a healthy baby boy!
Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center - West Palm Beach Hailey Marrero: This hospital is phenomenal. Every person Ive met working here feels like they genuinely have a passion for giving veterans the care they deserve. Id like to specifically shout out the dental clinic, which is a top-notch facility with the friendliest people Ive ever met. I love this place so much I drive 50 minutes from Broward instead of visiting any of the closer options. Highly recommend coming here for any and all appointments!
St. Marys Medical Center - West Palm Beach AJ Maurice: My mom was admitted to St Mary’s on 45th St in WPB and stayed for 7 nights. The condition of the hospital was poor and the hospital is in lack of supplies and equipment - ran out of body cleansing wipes and limited walkers and more. Though my mom had a single use room, the rooms was in poor condition and the cleanliness was below average. My mom believes to have seen rodents on one of her overnights. RYAN G and Daniel / CASE MANAGER on Terner North were angels and took great care of my mom. They must be singled out for their compassion, care, follow up and kindness. It is unfortunate that not all on the floor were alike. The Doctors that cared for my mom were great including Dr. Anna (last name is quite complex) and Dr. Hassan from neurology. Many thanks again to RYAN G and DANIEL- I am most grateful to you!
HCA Florida JFK North Hospital Emergency Room - West Palm Beach Jon Jewell: Best staff and hospital ever. Everyone was so nice especially my nurses and first responders. All doctors super nice and professional. Clean, quiet, great food. These people really really actually care about your. 10/10 if you ever have to pick a hospital. Thank you guys so much. Jon Jewell
