  • Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando South - Edgewood M Sanchez: Extremely Disappointed with the Care for our precious grandmother. We trusted this recovery center to provide our grandmother with the care and support she needed, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. After leaving her in their hands, we quickly realized that the center was not equipped to provide the level of care they promised and she needed. When we first toured the facility, everything seemed fine—clean rooms, friendly staff, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. However, that illusion quickly faded once our loved one was settled in. First off, the communication from the staff (Case Manager especially, Christina and attending doctors) was practically non-existent. We had a hard time getting updates on her condition, and when we did hear from them, the information was vague and incomplete. It felt like we had to chase them down just to know how she was doing. The biggest issue was the lack of genuine care. We were shocked when visiting her on the 2nd and 3rd day after her arrival—she seemed disoriented, she was given sedatives that made her sleep for days. When we confronted the staff about these issues, the response was dismissive, one nurse blaming another and ultimately told that she was a bit restless. They assured me everything was "fine" without taking any responsibility for the oversight. We expected a nurturing environment where our grandmother would receive personalized attention, but instead, it felt like she was just another number on their list. Some staff members appeared overwhelmed and unhappy. I was personally told by two nurses that their facility could not assist her with walks (as we initially were told) because they were busy and had too many patients to care for. Are they understaffed?! This only added to the overall sense of neglect. Ultimately, my grandmother is worse than when she first arrived. We all regret not listening to our gut when we first had concerns. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care for their loved ones. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking. Please do your research and find a facility that truly values the well-being of your loved one.
Good Samaritan Medical Center - West Palm Beach Caitlin Lastinger: I’m so thankful for such an amazing birth experience at Good Sam! I really wanted to have my first baby in the Lilly Pulitzer suite, but I had no real expectations of the staff or overall experience beyond that (that’s how you can tell it was my first pregnancy). The labor and birth did not go at all according to plan, but my nurses just rolled with it and made me feel safe and taken care of. Special shout out to Denisha who LITERALLY held my hand through contractions, vomiting, bathroom trips, and getting my epidural. She answered every question with a smile and enough detail to make sure I felt informed and at ease. When it came time for my baby boy to meet the world, things took a bad turn and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the way the whole room went into action without missing a beat. You could feel the urgency as NICU and respiratory ran into the room, but no one showed any signs of stress or panic which kept me calm during a mother’s worst nightmare. My recovery time was equally as pleasant. Thank you Nurse Taylor for taking the time to teach us how to properly swaddle and bathe our boy, and the LC Kathy for her tips and unending patience while teaching me how to breastfeed. I have only great things to say about every nurse, doctor, and tech I met during my stay. They took excellent care of me and made sure I went home with a healthy baby boy!
Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center - West Palm Beach Hailey Marrero: This hospital is phenomenal. Every person Ive met working here feels like they genuinely have a passion for giving veterans the care they deserve. Id like to specifically shout out the dental clinic, which is a top-notch facility with the friendliest people Ive ever met. I love this place so much I drive 50 minutes from Broward instead of visiting any of the closer options. Highly recommend coming here for any and all appointments!
St. Marys Medical Center - West Palm Beach AJ Maurice: My mom was admitted to St Mary’s on 45th St in WPB and stayed for 7 nights. The condition of the hospital was poor and the hospital is in lack of supplies and equipment - ran out of body cleansing wipes and limited walkers and more. Though my mom had a single use room, the rooms was in poor condition and the cleanliness was below average. My mom believes to have seen rodents on one of her overnights. RYAN G and Daniel / CASE MANAGER on Terner North were angels and took great care of my mom. They must be singled out for their compassion, care, follow up and kindness. It is unfortunate that not all on the floor were alike. The Doctors that cared for my mom were great including Dr. Anna (last name is quite complex) and Dr. Hassan from neurology. Many thanks again to RYAN G and DANIEL- I am most grateful to you!
HCA Florida JFK North Hospital Emergency Room - West Palm Beach Jon Jewell: Best staff and hospital ever. Everyone was so nice especially my nurses and first responders. All doctors super nice and professional. Clean, quiet, great food. These people really really actually care about your. 10/10 if you ever have to pick a hospital. Thank you guys so much. Jon Jewell
Hospital - West Palm Beach Lindsey: Nice people the men and men and nice guy doctor I literally almost died this guy was so nice they saved my life forever along with the EMT and fire department everyone worked to together to save my life thanks
Palm Beach Childrens Hospital - West Palm Beach Melissa Kirkland: My daughter was admitted Sunday here and we had Jason as our nurse. He was just the sweetest ever! He is in the perfect job because he made us feel so comfortable and just so attentive. There’s just a great group of nurses there and if you have a sick kid that’s the place to be. Also Annalise, Theresa and Quinn were a blessing as well with Jason. My daughter loved the music therapy with Ms.Bailey she is just the cutest. She had the best energy ever and brought such joy to my daughter. Thank you everyone at the picu and trauma unit for making a scary time a little earlier for us. You all are gifts from God ♥️ thank you so much.
Kindred Hospital The Palm Beaches - Riviera Beach Anais Castillo: It has been an experience here.... at first it was a little rocky with the care here in the icu. But after speaking with the supervisor everything afterwards has been much better.. the respiratory lady Mrs. Gail is amazing. Most of the nurses here are nice and care for my dads needs as best as they can... the reason I give 3 stars is because the doctors Come in and look at my dad and leave.. not saying a word. I wouldnt recommend leaving your loved ones here unless someone can stay with them or you get Mrs. Sandra number she is such a sweetheart and will make sure every concern you have is resolved she treats you and your loved one as her own.. I really appreciate her.
St Marys Medical Center: Koppada Ravishankar MD - West Palm Beach Mitchy: Horrible. Don’t go if you have a bad emergency or anything that needs to be seen ASAP because you will be waiting for hours. I took my 2 year old that would cry in pain, we waited until he got really uncomfortable I asked how much longer, the nurse said “we can’t give a wait time sorry” went and sat down again waited some more until we decided to leave. Once I told them we were going else where the nurse said he was going to be called next. I was not going to take the chance and wait any longer so I went to PALMS WEST hospital and they took care of us quickly. Definitely do not recommend going St. Mary’s at all.
Sanitas Medical Center - West Palm Beach Starri Orelue: This office is horrible. I went for birth control at my initial visit and left with a request for an ENT, a throat X-ray request at another place and a full lab blood work up at a third place all to waste my time coming back to tell me my health is fine. So I had to go back and get the birth control. Then I set up the portal to access my tests and see they falsified documentation. Saying we discussed things that were never talked about like eating healthy and weight control? This is crazy. Then my third attempt to call this place a doctors office I called informing them I’ve been I’ll for a week and wanted to see if I can be fit in the schedule today and the operator didn’t understand English, didn’t speak English well, and told me he found me a spot a week out!!! This place is horrible from operators, doctors, and front desk. I just want what I asked for Jesus. And they keep screwing it up.
