1 /5 wuy wauydawUYD: Cleft Palette kid here, DO NOT GO. First got braces here at 8, 15 now, about to get them FINALLY removed. we live in PSL so it would be two hours to drive here and back. Once we arrived, we would sit in the office for up to 20 minutes. She had a few assistants that quit because she couldn’t afford to pay her own staff! Once we were admitted in, she wouldn’t do anything except change rubber bands on brackets. We would be charged 80 dollars per visit out of pocket due to insurance. We went here for three maybe four whole years, (All she does is rant about horses and family, rarely spends time working on the actual braces) The atmosphere was empty, there were several chairs, but we seemed to be the only ones visiting! After a while, we finally had enough and canceled our plan with her, we decided to go to a new orthodontic where we’ve had to pay $4,800 out of pocket due to insurance.. In less than 2 years, this orthodontics has done WAY more than she has in 4 years..

My teeth look spectacular and she is a perfectionist who takes excellent care of all her patients smiles. I am extremely pleased with my smile and I am very grateful for Dr.Fenn!

She is explained the all process of the treatment of my son and offered a great payment plan to assist us in this matter. Jeremiah enjoys coming to the Dr Fenn office in West Palm Beach.
