3 /5 Fred Catalano: appt changed 3times i get cleaning 4times a year cancelled no dr available would not clean until i. saw a dr 6 months with out cleaning no apology told 3 times mngr would call never happened may go elseware.

1 /5 Crystal Choi: I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning which is included in my insurance for twice a year. When I got there, I double checked if preventative screening is covered here since that’s what it says in my insurance. They proceeded to tell me that the appointment is ONLY for routine exam and they will decide what kind of cleaning is needed for the next appointment. They also could not answer if preventative health/dental cleaning is covered and said I would receive a phone call. This sounds like a scam because I go to the dentist twice a year before I moved to Florida and the routine check/cleaning is in the SAME appointment and I never had to pay. Now I know why there were so many bad reviews about the dental practice trying to sneak in extra costs.

1 /5 Ayman Mahmoud: The worst dental facilities I have been to so far for the last 20 years. I don’t recommend anyone to go there . I have been booked for general cleaning and after doing X-rays and spoke to the dentist offered to do upsell me for in-necessary things that I agreed I’m not doing it now and I’m here for just general cleaning. The hygienist let me wait for another 15 min then came back with list of options to pick from . I told him the same thing then he replied ok you need to reschedule your general cleaning because we don’t have hygienist available now .

5 /5 Scott Fisher: I had the best experience with Dr Vota! She was kind, knowledgeable, and put together a treatment plan that has really helped me get my oral health back on track while being mindful that the cost was realistic for me. Thank you Dr Vota, you saved my teeth and did it with a smile!
