5 /5 Doyen Service: Mandibular tori (tori is extra bone that occurs in your mouth) makes it highly uncomfortable to take X-rays. Finding Paulina and Thao who both take X-rays without discomfort is extremely rare and heaven-sent. From the moment you enter, Christina at the front is warm and friendly. Within minutes they take you back for my appointment, every time. I have had several accidents in my lifetime, so Paulina always places a rolled towel near my backside and provides a neck pillow to support my neck. Always has a kind word and places Vaseline on lips upon request. Dr. Thai Nong is exceptionally gentle, and I respect his opinions. He has a customer for life. I have recommended him to my church, neighbours and friends.

5 /5 John Kinnaird: I had a crown removed today so I could have a cavity filled. I was very nervous since I have had bad experiences before. Dr. Nong was very calming and reassuring and did a great job. Karen, his assistant did a great job of answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. This was my first visit here and from my experience, I will go back.

5 /5 Dawn Raven: I had to have preparation work done for a crown (core and post). A previous dentist had extracted my fractured tooth. The previous experience made me very hesitant with going to a new dental office. From walking into this office, to meeting the entire staff, my experience was reassuring. The hygienist (Paulina) was excellent and put me at ease right from the start. She explained everything she was doing in detail and any questions I had she answered and was very detailed in her explanations. There never seemed to be any time pressure and nothing was rushed. Dr. Nong is an exceptional dentist . He explained what he was going to do, giving me the chance to ask any questions before he began work. They were both very up beat, outstanding at their job and put me at ease at all times. I highly recommend this dental practice, I have more work to be done and this is the only place I will go. Thank you!

5 /5 Casandra Cruz: Absolutely LOVE this office! I had an emergency, my husband called on a Monday, they got me in that same day. They made sure everything was done for me to get my tooth extracted after the initial visit. When I went in there, my hygienist Trista was so sweet and so calming. Dr. Nong is AMAZING and so sweet and caring. Definitely found my dentist!

1 /5 Tammy: Was having a tooth ache, called to schedule appointment I was given an appointment the next day. I was really happy thinking I was going to finally get some sleep from the discomfort I had been experiencing because of the tooth ache, not eating nor getting much sleep. I went to the appointment the next day to be highly disappointed. The only thing that was done was an X-ray. And was told to schedule an appointment to come back because he was too busy to do anything that day. I was given any antibiotics for the discomfort or anything. I was highly upset I took off from for absolutely nothing. Still in pain. I will not be returning I found a dentist that can remove the teeth the same day. What a day wasted and time missed from work.
