1 /5 Jenn Rook: I have been a patient with Palms since March of 2023 and in that time I have went through 3 providers. Each one has left the Trenton office just as soon as they start to get things figured out with my chronic health conditions and then I have to start all over fresh with a new provider. There is no continuity of care with them. I just received a call from the office today, canceling my Tuesday appointment because my provider Jessica Sheffield is now leaving their office. I am beyond disappointed that there is nowhere in the Tri-county area that offers quality healthcare.
