He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.

1 /5 Donna Mogle: I was not impressed with Dr. Dial. He was very cold and distant. He came in the room with two people following him. No introductions are explanation as to why they were there. Proceeded to tell me my tumor was not where I had been told. No explanation, again. Just “trust me, I’m know better” attitude. As I had not had a Pet scan, which I had no idea I would need, he wouldn’t go any farther discussing treatment. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and it was like night and day. This doctor came in and explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. That did not happen with Dr. Dial.

4 /5 Mark Boughton: I liked Dr Dial . He seemed like a down to earth kinda guy . Explained a lot about the port placement procedure along with the canned warnings that come with any surgical procedure . All in all I liked him
