1 /5 April Simpson: Since Dr. Wayne sold and left I am NOT impressed with the new staff! For the first time ever while getting my dogs nails clipped he bled! The red flag for me should have been when the girl entered the room with some salve. Dr. Wayne NEVER entered the room with that as well as clippers. The tech was super nice, but he could barely hold my dog still. I had to get up to calm my dog and he is small (17 lbs). He was so scared. She should not be allowed to trim nails because she was cutting them in an awkward position and cut atleast one too short, which made him bleed.
Then the girl attending to my dog in the room felt the need to "help check me out" because the front desk guy stepped away for a minute and its clear she has no clue what she is doing. She over charged me for the flea medicine/visit, so she says my card was credited back, but I wasnt given a credit receipt. She charged my card again for the new amount.
Also, while in the room I asked the tech and the girl was the longtime tech that worked with Dr. Wayne still there and she answered with a tone in her voice "No! No original staff except for Tony (front desk guy) is still here."
I will be finding my dog a new vet. Murphy Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Wayne and her staff was absolutely amazing, but the new owners/staff leave alot to be desired. I am not a happy camper and wont be back. Its a shame because we have been coming here for years.
