1 /5 Shawn Green: Called ahead to make sure the name on my insurance card being another doctors name needed to be changed. The woman who answered said no problem at all. Yet when I arrived for the appointment I was handed a phone number to call and paperwork to fill out when I called the number it said a wait time of 1 hour 30minutes to speak to the next available rep. Expecting a patient to sit in a waiting room for that long while the most gross humans on earth moving in and out for over an hour is unreasonable and very unprofessional. Why wasnt I told to have the name changed a week before the appointment when I called expressing concerns? Why lie and have me waist my and their time? The place looked like a pill mill. With junkies in every corner of the waiting room and a group of unsightly homeless lingering in the parking lot this is not a place anyone should have to visit.
