1 /5 Jesse Lengefeld: I brought two of my kids to the office both tested positive for the flu. Two days later my other child came down with the flu as well. I called the office to have a doctor write another Tamiflu script but was denied the medicine unless I brought my child there to be observed. Unfortunately this office can’t use common sense and just wants to bill your insurance again. I took her to an urgent care and they said they didn’t have to test her based on her symptoms, I had them do it anyway and she of course was positive.

1 /5 Ryan Vonderharr: The doctor was unable to diagnose a simple upper respiratory infection. The next day after our visit, I called and said the symptoms are getting worse and now he has a slight fever. She said don’t worry it’s more than likely a virus and should go away. The next day, I brought him somewhere else and in just under 45 minutes, he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and given medicine. Within just two days of medication, my son says he feels so much better! Don’t think I’ll be using this practice anymore!!!

5 /5 K G: Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Rashid at the PSJ location. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Rashid was very informative about my newborn daughter’s health issues she was dealing with. Transferring my son to Dr. Rashid as well!

3 /5 Josh Waser: Office staff is friendly enough, some of the medical staff could be much more informative. I do want to say that Dr. Vargas has been 5 star great. Im not sure who the male Doctor that called me today was but I did not care for him he was arrogant and completely dismissive. Were it not for him I might have given 1 more star but they have certainly not been a 5 star experience with the exception of Dr. Vargas.
