Perfectly Polished Nails & Spa - Lynn Haven (FL)

3 /5 Z P: I went in yesterday and while Jenna executed what I wanted, my experience felt rushed and some of my nails have “bumps” or “bubbles” in them like something is underneath the polish. I appreciate them getting me in when they did, I just wish that my experience was more personable and did not feel rushed. Jenna stayed on her phone almost the entire time and probably said all of 5 words to me the entire visit. Three stars given because the place was clean and the selection of gel polish was great. Deducting the 2 stars just due to the issues I listed above.

1 /5 Victoria Booth: Terrible service and they do a very fast job which in the end looks like a mess. I spoke to the manager/owner and requested for them to fix it but they don’t communicate effectively or promptly. When I voiced my concern on the phone with Samantha, she became very condescending about not responding for days or me having to send multiple messages just to get a response back, she said “do you think I’m going to stop to message you while I’m with other clients? no” which I obviously didn’t say I wanted her to do that exactly but to not get back to your client who have concerns about their services, I’d think you’d make time to help them. I was offered 50% back instead of a full refund due to me not having the time to go back at their convenience. I requested to go back at a certain day and time but due to their lack of communication, I was unable too because they responded very late to me and expected me to work around their time. DONT come here. Not worth it. AT ALL.

5 /5 Madelyn Allen: I’ve been twice and had two different people do my nails and I was very satisfied with both! The salon is so cute and comfortable and everyone is so nice. Jenna usually does my nails and she’s amazing. JJ did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He really took his time on the massage which is my favorite part and my French tips look so good!

5 /5 Danielle Loofbourrow: Amanda the nail tech did such a great job on my pedicure and was very personable. The décor inside is so cute and they have many different pricing options for what you want. I would say its very affordable compared to some other places. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Amy Kee: LOVE! I love the precision and the care I received here. I asked if my tech could fix a nail that was crooked and she DIDNT hesitate or complain! I will pay a bit more to continue to go here for my nails
