1 /5 Victoria Booth: Terrible service and they do a very fast job which in the end looks like a mess. I spoke to the manager/owner and requested for them to fix it but they donāt communicate effectively or promptly. When I voiced my concern on the phone with Samantha, she became very condescending about not responding for days or me having to send multiple messages just to get a response back, she said ādo you think Iām going to stop to message you while Iām with other clients? noā which I obviously didnāt say I wanted her to do that exactly but to not get back to your client who have concerns about their services, Iād think youād make time to help them. I was offered 50% back instead of a full refund due to me not having the time to go back at their convenience. I requested to go back at a certain day and time but due to their lack of communication, I was unable too because they responded very late to me and expected me to work around their time. DONT come here. Not worth it. AT ALL.
