5 /5 Jenny Cincotta: After experiencing a dental emergency Lori, the friendly receptionist at Pier Dental, was able to squeeze me in soon after my call - she must have noticed the panic in my voice! As soon as I met the staff and Dr Pierpont I knew that I have come to the right place. Dr Pierpont worked quickly, but without rushing the procedure, explaining in detail what needed to be done. Her positive and caring manner brought down my blood pressure in no time! Thank you Dr. Piedmont and staff for your kindness and caring!

5 /5 Normalea Lutterloh: I originally saw Dr. Pierpont about four or five yrs. ago after losing a crown placed by another Dentist. Dr. Pierpont took x-rays, recommended I see an Oral Surgeon to remove what was left under my crown, and why. Since it was so far for us, she did say, we might want to get another Dentist closer, but was happy to continue to see me if we still would like to come. She is so caring! Pier Dental didnt accept my Dental Insurance. Laurie, Dr. Pierponts Receptionist, called my insurance Co. to see if they would cover the visit. They were not going to do it. It took two or three times, but I did get a partial payment. She contd to keep in touch with me. Laurie, thank you, thank you, thank you! She went above and beyond to go to bat for me! She is the Receptionist, schedules appointments, and handles filing the Dental Insurance claims, and deals with any issues, and answers any questions. Shes awesome! Always so pleasant, caring, with such a good sense of humor. She really takes care of Dr. Pierponts patients!

Dr. Pierpont’s expertise is unmatched – she takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and genuinely listens to any concerns. Her gentle approach makes even the most nervous patient feel at ease. The team at Pier Dental is equally amazing; they’re friendly, efficient, and truly care about providing a top-notch experience. The office itself is friendly, inviting, and comfortable. Whether it’s routine cleanings, cosmetic work, or more complex procedures, Pier Dental consistently exceeds expectations.
