1 /5 Jenn Mathabel: This place is ignorant, unknowledgeable, and rude. I wouldn’t take a child’s Tonka toy car to these clowns. My agreed-upon estimate was $60 for an AC recharge, and upon discovering it indeed was the compressor, i was GIVING them my freon. They charged me an additional $85 to evacuate it, and refused to refund my card. Upon calling, Lisa was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even said some choice words to me, and hung up. Never in a million years as a business owner would I ever treat a customer like she did. Had the charges been discussed and agreed upon prior, that would’ve been fine. But in this circumstance, they snuck in additional charges “which are standard in the business” (according to Lisa), meanwhile I’m GIVING THEM my freon! Very poor customer service, and complete liars and thieves in my opinion.
