5 /5 McClellan Laing: I had a great experience here! I was in town for a work trip and in the area after visiting the Vizcaya Gardens, so I stumbled upon this studio with a last minute opening. Their booking system is very easy and when I got in one of the techs (I missed her name!) gave me the suggestion of doing acrylic instead of SNS powder to get the best cat eye look. I was early and she got me started with removing my old SNS nails. Daniel, my tech, did an amazing job with the acrylic and cat eye look. He is very efficient and great at his job. He let me see both pink shades to make sure I liked my choice. Despite our language barrier, he made sure I was happy every step of the way. Their prices are very reasonable and I’d highly recommend this studio!

I’m a regular for acrylics and pedicures, and every time I leave, I’m excited about my nails. They’re always up on the trends, have the best colors, and can pull off any cool design. Everyone here is so sweet and funny. If you’re looking for a dependable nail salon, this is it. We’ve been in a 4-year relationship, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Polish Me!

5 /5 Neci Green: I got a pedicure. It was a decent experience. Everyone was nice. The price was more affordable compared to my part of the country. I would recommend either knowing Spanish or using Google translator. Not many of the employees know English very well. I was in town on business. I wanted to converse with the nail tech gentleman but didn’t feel comfortable since he didn’t know English. He did an excellent job.

5 /5 Jamaica Aali: Excellent. I went based on the online reviews. I booked same day online and they called to confirm when I was running late. Not gonna lie, I was nervous because my nail tech looked young and I wondered if she’d be knowledgeable enough to pull off the perfect acrylic fill with gel that I wanted. My worries were unfounded. She did an incredible job. Highly recommend this humble little place.

K C Nails - Miami Ted D.: I arrived as a walk-in and was asked to grab a number and wait to be called, which I did for about 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after, another walk-in customer arrived, also requesting a manicure and pedicure. She inquired about pricing and timing, which made it clear she wasn’t a regular customer. I assumed I would be served first since I had arrived earlier and we requested the same service. When a station became available, the staff member directed her to it and told me to go to an empty station behind him. He began assisting her immediately, while no one helped or even checked on me. After waiting about 10 more minutes without acknowledgment, I realized I had been deprioritized and left. Although there was much more subtext going on here than I want to even acknowledge or mention, the way I was treated left me feeling overlooked and dismissed, which is why I am sharing this review. Overall, I’m sure they’re probably lovely people, but a little more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way for their business.

Qs studios - South Miami Katie: The best nail salon in the Coral Gables / SoMi area. The owner is wonderful, as well as the entire staff. Literally every nail tech here is good. That is very hard to come by in Miami, it took me a good 6 years of trial and error. Everyone is friendly, they listen to all instructions and work very fast. Thank you all so much!!!

Nails Xperts - Hialeah Marbelys Ramos: I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years to do my nails. Every now and then there’s a day that I’m not too happy with how they look but overall it had always been an OK experience. Recently they changed owners and the new, young, girls are great and I’m always happy with their service. However, the guy who sits in front of the door can be very rude! He’s also very rough when doing my nails. I only do regular polish because I am allergic to anything else and have very sensitive skin. He seems upset that I only do regular polish, maybe because it’s cheaper, and when I speak up and say that something is hurting, he seems annoyed. I did my nails this past Sunday with him and when one of my pinkies got smudged he even started huffing and puffing because he had to redo it. Even though this has been my nail place for so long, and I even bring my mom and daughters here, I will not be coming back. I don’t need to give my business and money to someone that will treat me that way!
