5 /5 Toni Uko: I had a fantastic experience at this dental office, especially with Dr. Zadov. She has done a four crowns for me, and I am extremely happy with the work. Hygienist is a very good professional I like doing cleaning with her for more than 4 years. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood my treatment options. The office was clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort. I appreciate their professionalism and excellent care, and Ill definitely be returning for future dental needs. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Liping Yang: I rarely write reviews, but I must warn everyone about this office. This place is a complete scam. From the start, they have trouble answering calls, and their attitude is terrible if you question their overpriced, unnecessary procedures. Anesthetic injection was given without my knowledge for a cavity filling. They charged filling for four cavity teeth, actually I only have one. They ruined my teeth, which only had a mild cavity, causing me months of pain and discomfort. Despite my repeated visits, they never fixed the problem and kept pushing for more expensive treatments. When I decided to switch to a new dentist, they pretended to agree to send my X-rays but never did, becoming increasingly rude with each request. The competent dentist probably has left this office long ago, leaving behind nothing but a fraudulent practice. This is the worst dental experience Ive ever had worldwide, nothing about professionalism or integrity. Avoid this place at all costs!

From the start, they made mee feel welcome and at ease. The dental team took their time to explain everything clearly, and their expertise was evident throughout. I highly recommend Polo Dental Boca for anyone seeking top-notch dental care without breaking the bank. They’re simply amazing!

1 /5 Nicole Hutcheson: TLDR: this place is a scam. So many horrible experiences here. To sum it up, they wanted to charge me to have SIX cavities filled and a filling redone. I wanted an itemized quote before my appointment, which took a week to get because “their office was closed, their system is down, their office manager is out” etc. They then called me 30minutes before my appointment time to tell me that “there’s no doctor available” and I needed to reschedule. I decided to get a second opinion and went to a new office nearby. They were SHOCKED when I told them I was expecting six cavities. I had ONE. Also, on my initial visit I overheard a man complaining because he had paid upfront for a procedure and they wanted to charge him an additional $600. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else unless you want to get scammed.
