Tan Alcala Dr McGuffie and his team are amazing! They are very efficient with communicating on treatment plans and appointment dates. Dr McGuffie is very gentle and thorough on his work, he made me feel very comfortable within sitting in the chair and learning about what my treatment was. He will be my go to dentist for now on!

I was not only happy with how communicative their office is, but how gentle they made a cleaning and dental work feel. kris conner Of course no one ever says they love going to the dentist! However, when you walk into Legacy Dental Care you dont feel like a patient - you feel like a friend and greeted promptly and dont have to sign in (unless you are a new patient). Christina welcomed me back and as always cleans my teeth thoroughly with care. I never experience any pain or discomfort with her. Dr. Scher was always great and I am so glad that he found Dr. Huang to continue on with the same caring and friendly service. So with all that said - I truly did enjoy going to my dentist and I do love when my teeth feel super clean!

Laura Carrillo I loved this practice so much when it was HAB Dental. Since they changed ownership, they have called the DAY OF each time I had an appointment scheduled asking me to come in earlier when I repeatedly have told them I work until 3:30pm in Boca and they accept 4pm appointments. I had a consult scheduled for today at 4pm and now the doctor cannot see me because he might not be here permanently in the next few months. They offered a different doctor to see me but hes only available at the Boynton location. Then they proceed to ask me to leave work early so that I can drive further to be seen.. even though they ALLOW ME to make my appointments at 4pm in BOCA in advance?? So unprofessional and so inconsiderate of peoples time. If they didnt accept appointments at 4pm, Id obviously understand. But the fact is, THEY DO. I just had a cleaning at 4pm last week. Unfortunately some people dont have the luxury of leaving work or calling off at the last minute...

Adriana These people are the WORST!! Be aware they’re scammers!! Gave them my insurance two times and they still won’t apply it and are billing me for a regular cleaning that’s covered under my insurance!!! I wish someone would have told me that they’re CON ARTIST. Hey Smile Design, I will be reporting you to the better business bureau so maybe you won’t scam other people. There are plenty of dentist in FL. Avoid these one AT ALLL COSTS.

Brett Cantor Dr. Lee Herman took advantage of my 86-year-old father. He charged an outrageous amount for an implant, and the entire process took over a year to complete. Then, as soon as the first implant was finished, Dr. Herman told my dad he needed another one. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion, and the new dentist confirmed my dad did not need another implant—the issue was simply a broken bridge. The new dentist is now replacing the bridge at one-eighth of the cost Dr. Herman was trying to charge for another unnecessary implant. Shame on Dr. Herman for taking advantage of the elderly. I strongly advise anyone considering this dentist to get a second opinion before agreeing to any costly procedures.

Bonnie Picunko 1. Half the time my husband and I would arrive for our appointments and be told that we weren’t on the schedule. (As if we’d get up in the morning and declare , “ This a fine day to visit the dentist!”) I told the receptionist that next time, to prove I wasn’t hallucinating, and indeed had an appointment, I would bring my appointment card. She said that it wouldn’t make a difference. What system do they use? The front office is a joke. 2. My husband had a consultation with a specialist in Dr. HERMANS OFFICE.. He made an appointment with said specialist at Dr. HERMANS FRONT DESK. As an afterthought , my husband asked, “ How much will insurance cover?” He was told that the specialist did not accept our insurance. we would be responsible for every penny. We were flabbergasted because the consultation and appointment were made in the office where our insurance was accepted. The same thing happened to my neighbor, so he also left the practice. 3. Dr. MOLINA, ( ***** ), who worked with Dr. Herman, was my dentist. (She has since opened her own practice in margate.) During a visit, My tongue was discolored, and she asked Dr. Herman to look at it for a second opinion. He was steps away, in the hall, and Dr. Herman told me to make an appointment! And thus, the sordid reputation of some is further sullied. 4. I would also give MARGARET, the best dental hygienist in the office ***** 5. I appreciated the availability of Saturday appointments. 6. Kudos to the cleaning staff, office is immaculate. Mind you, I am not saying that Dr. Herman is an unqualified dentist, to the contrary, he’s been around forever. I’m reviewing my personal experience which, unfortunately, was very disappointing.

Hygienist is super THOROUGH. Office is gorgeous, location is great and easy. So happy here :) oh and I got Invisalign! I have been interested in it for years just kept putting it off. They made the process so easy, it was too good to pass up.

Priscilla Haase Firstly, Anna, the dental hygienist is very pleasant. More importantly, she is gentle and performed the most meticulous and thorough dental cleaning I’ve had to date. Dr. Lane is so patient to answer any and all questions and he clearly knows what he’s doing. Dentistry is a skilled passed down generationally in his family and he is carrying the mantle excellently! Jamie Marx I went to Dr Lane because I sleep apnea. They said they would get a pre-treatment authorization for my insurance company. I brought them the report. They said they tried and they never sent it in according to the insurance company this one for about a month. I went to another doctor And he did the pre-authorization in one day and I got approved. One of the receptionist who left called to tell me that she was leaving and the pre-authorization still hadn’t come through. I believe the person doing this is Joanne and they never put the pre-authorization in for the sleep apnea device

Christian Bruno I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a series of dental procedures I received at your office, which have unfortunately led to additional dental issues and unexpected financial burden. During my Invisalign treatment, my teeth were filed down to create the necessary space for alignment. However, the filing was done to an excessive degree on the teeth adjacent to my crown. As a result, not only did this damage and chip the crown itself, but it also left the surrounding teeth compromised. Due to this improper filing, I had to replace the crown entirely, which came at a significant cost. In addition to the crown damage, the over-filing contributed to the development of new cavities in the adjacent teeth. These cavities required immediate attention and treatment, adding further to the financial and physical toll this has taken. I had to undergo multiple fillings, which were both costly and avoidable had the initial procedure been performed with more precision. This situation has been frustrating and stressful, especially considering that these issues arose as a direct result of treatment intended to improve my dental health. I trusted that the procedures done in conjunction with Invisalign would be executed with care, and I did not anticipate that they would lead to further dental deterioration I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, including any steps your office in Boca is willing to take to rectify the situation. I believe it’s important to ensure that future patients do not experience similar complications, and I hope to find a resolution that acknowledges the inconvenience and financial hardship this has caused. Charles Dabrusco I’ve been a patient of Dr Wiernicki for over 20 years. I recently had an extraction and some bone grafting or socket grafting in preparation for an implant and it went fantastic. Doc already knew the tooth had cracked and had an abscess. As a patient I was particularly pleased with the fact that eliminating my pain was his priority. No work was done till he was sure I was completely numb. Once the tooth and associated infection were removed he rebuilt the bone socket. I am so impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. If you’re looking for a really good dentist in Boca Raton, I highly recommend you consider Dr Wiernicki.

Liping Yang I rarely write reviews, but I must warn everyone about this office. This place is a complete scam. From the start, they have trouble answering calls, and their attitude is terrible if you question their overpriced, unnecessary procedures. Anesthetic injection was given without my knowledge for a cavity filling. They charged filling for four cavity teeth, actually I only have one. They ruined my teeth, which only had a mild cavity, causing me months of pain and discomfort. Despite my repeated visits, they never fixed the problem and kept pushing for more expensive treatments. When I decided to switch to a new dentist, they pretended to agree to send my X-rays but never did, becoming increasingly rude with each request. The competent dentist probably has left this office long ago, leaving behind nothing but a fraudulent practice. This is the worst dental experience Ive ever had worldwide, nothing about professionalism or integrity. Avoid this place at all costs!
