He took time with us not like some other dentists who move quickly from room to room seeing several patients simultaneously. He was very proactive in helping us maintain good dental health. He was also very sensitive to making our dental experiences as painless as possible. Finally, other dentists have verified the excellent work done by Dr. Rand when they have examined our teeth. Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Port Charlotte Bonnie Fern: I have been to their office before they moved and twice now to their new location. Im an apprehensive patient and have had several extractions, all under sedation. I have been pleased with my experience every time. I saw Dr. Hernandez on my last two visits. He was friendly, caring and professional, as was all of the rest if the staff. They really hit 5 stars on evey facet of my experience, and thats rare. Initial phone contact was pleasant and helpful. I got help with coordinating the referral and was able to get in quickly, which was a Godsend since my tooth went from "just letting me know its there" to "Gosh, this is starting to hurt". Front desk nice, intake, financing, all friendly, helpful and professional. Nursing/surgical staff outstanding! I can highly recommend this office, speaking as an elderly and quite "chicken" patient and retired dentist).
