5 /5 Jim Coolman: My truck ended up needing a transmission, Weighing the options I had, I went with a used one from the bone yard. It only had 63 thousand miles, my 2005 Chevy PU only has 91 thousand miles on it. The guys gave me a fair price on the parts and labor. I picked up my truck the day after Hurricane Milton came through, I waited until January 22nd to write a review, and I will say the truck drives and shifts the same as a new one. I will be taking my truck back for service when needed. They did a great job for me.

1 /5 Barfolomew: My experience with this shop was disappointing. I brought my car in due to transmission issues, and initially, they told me they would run diagnostic tests—including dropping the transmission pan—to determine the problem. However, when they contacted me later, they quoted $2,800 for a new transmission without having performed any of the promised diagnostics. They claimed the transmission was completely shot and that the vehicle wouldn’t go into reverse. When I picked up the car, I found that it did, in fact, go into reverse without any issue—the original problem of moving forward remained. It was clear they hadn’t done a thorough inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you’re not familiar with vehicles. In my opinion, they were dishonest and tried to take advantage of the situation.

5 /5 Justin Northcutt: Very knowledgeable and reasonable shop. Kevin and his crew made time to diagnose my vehicle even though they’re backed up. Very honest and good advice what to do next with my transmission issue. Highly recommend this shop.
