5 /5 Amber Smoot: Husband and I came down from Georgia to visit family come to find out we had a bad oil leak from my husband using the wrong the O-ring in our oil change losing 2 quarts luckily this shop was kind to get us in and fix the issue that day so we can go back home safely even told us which O-ring to use in future oil changes. Also got a new gas cap that fits my little bug with their help. Thank you!

1 /5 Kerrianne Hatfield: Might recommend to someone I was holding a grudge against. We encountered this shop on a road trip after we hit something on I75 that punctured our gas tank. Merle seemed very nice and knowledgeable. When it took us literally weeks to get our car back, we were understanding. When we asked for a receipt and got a penciled note on scrap paper, we thought it was quirky. But the issue was never truly fixed. We continued to smell gas around the car. Merle insisted he had done the job correctly, and he was too far away for us to go through the back and forth again. Well its been a year and the last remnants of whatever bandaid he put on have come off: there was a lake of gasoline in familys driveway on Thanksgiving. Ive learned a very expensive lesson thatv we need to go to insurance shops when we have a breakdown.

I cannot say enough about how kind, helpful and understanding he was of our situation. This IS highly quality service at its finest!!! Merle gave us solid advice and went above and beyond (to say the least) to help us get out of our mess. This is indeed a top notch quality value auto repair shop!! 5 /5 Kevin Ford: Murle, the owner is knowledgeable at what appears to be fixing what other mechanics and car dealerships dont want or cant handle. Ive been having a battle with KIA for two years without the problems being fixed! $4000 later and a move from South Florida to Brooksville Florida I found Quality Auto repair. I described the problems to Murle. Bring it on In and Ill be glad to take a look at it fer ya!. The NEXT DAY my car was running like a new Rolex Watch. Why the idiots at Kia dealerships couldnt fix it is beyond me. Guess they needed my money to pay for their fancy showrooms! You wont find a fancy showroom at QUALITY, but you will find an honest, hard working guy who deserves every penny he charges. Thanks Murle, youre the best.
