I love that I know that the products in there are natural and clean. I love that their Rafa line is made locally, and I would highly suggest their skincare and bath and body products to anyone. :) Its a wonderful place to visit and just wander through looking at all the fun items for sale! ALSO their Spa Nights give you a great glimpse of all of their products, while educating you about skincare in an easy, and fun way! Would be a great gift and way to spend time with a friend or family member.

My order was suppose to arrive Friday, but never did. It ended up in NJ, still there. I emailed Rafa Natural and they placed a replacement order and I received it today with a hand written note. I appreciate their quick response and resolution.

5 /5 Amber Blank: What a find in Bartow!! This shop has such a variety of things to touch, smell and look at! Every time we turned a corner there was something special to look at. I walked away with many fun purchases but had to limit myself because I didnt have more room in my suitcase! I love that the store can ship items and I will definitely be looking to complete my wish list soon!

Detailing My Experience Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly The salon well set and really clean. My stylist, Ana, took the time to sit down with me before starting. She asked about my hair care routine and what I hoped to achieve during this visit. She demonstrated her knowledge by explaining different techniques she would use to enhance my natural waves. Throughout the appointment, she was attentive and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. I left Salon Bliss feeling rejuvenated! My hair looked vibrant and full of life, with beautifully defined waves that were easy to manage. Anas attention to detail truly transformed my look. Definitely staying here from now and on. Thank you.

Karen B: I feel I should write this so you are aware. First, the young lady who cut my hair was a delight! She took her time and did a nice job; however, she spent over 20 minutes styling my hair with a blow dryer and thats not how I style my hair. I walked out with virtually the same haircut I walked in with when I really only needed more layers to make my hair easier to manage. Another reason for (2) stars is because when I went to check out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase a trial size of the invati leave in treatment that the stylist put in my hair. I said, "Sure, I will give it a try". The "Trial Size" was .85 fluid ounces (tiny size) and they charged me $14.00 for it!!!! Seriously??? I couldnt believe it when I read the receipt when I got home. That is completely unreasonable. I took a picture so you can see the actual tiny size that I paid $14.00 for. By the way, even unused products are not returnable.

I actually sat outside and FaceTimed my sister and friends to show them the results right after. The staff was super friendly and took their time helping me pick the perfect color and cut for my face shape. The best part? I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other salons, which was such a nice change. They also helped me find the right products to keep my hair healthy, and let me tell you, it’s grown so much! I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. It’s really nice to go to a salon where all of the stylists get along with each other and there’s never any weird vibes or tension between them. They are all very down to earth and professional, which makes for such a comfortable experience. I couldn’t recommend Glam highly enough!
