2 /5 Board of Directors: We are disappointed. The ability to actually communicate with staff regarding treatment is a nightmare. They use an answering service who only take messages. Mercedes never returns your phone call. They cancel the appointment on a time sensitive crown for an implant and put you out 6 weeks. Then they send you a bill telling you, you are late paying for services yet to be rendered. I don’t know IF it’s scam or how they make money operating this way. Without communication and an actual service rendered, we can’t establish a relationship or even tell IF Dr Montalvo is a good dentist. It’s literally been months since we spent 20 minutes with Dr. Montalvo. But he wants his $1k. His office staff do not seem to care whether they get us in.
