5 /5 Rustin LaFurney: I was able to schedule my appointment quickly with a phone call, get all my paperwork done online, and was treated respectfully and kindly by the front desk, hygienist (Alexia?) and Dr. Cole. They use some pretty advanced technology (in my experience) to provide x-rays, pictures and treatment plans all in a single interface that they use to explain what needs to be done. I also didnt feel pressured like some of the corporate dentists offices that dot the Pensacola area.
Admittedly, Dr. Cole isnt proficient in dental insurance costs, but Id say thats true for most professionals and why they have office staff. I came away with a true plan of action, appointments to make it happen and the prescriptions to help my painful situation in the meantime.
