He educated them and me on how often to wear the glasses, improvements/decline in vision, things to look out for and the why behind several things. The staff was super helpful and friendly checking us in, explaining where to look, our insurance allowances, and fittings that will best fit the kid’s faces. I strongly recommend.

MrsJohn Edge They were pretty quick. And the dentist was very nice and had good bedside manner which you rarely find these days. My appointment was at 1:30, I walked in around 1:12, and was out within an hour...and I was a new patient. So I did the new patient forms, had X-rays done, had my eexam, talked with the dentist, and went over my plan, made my next appointment which is only 2 days away, and was out the door all within an hour.

Deborah Reeves Dr walked in and said I had 3 cavities and wanted to pull them when I was in there for a partial replacement. No exrays. I only have 4 teeth to hold the partial. Received partial. Not smooth and tech could not adjust the clamp to the tooth. I fixed clamp at home with needle nose pliers. Big gap between my tooth and partial tooth. Metal showing and I put in folded paper to balance.

Bill Lee Ive had dental issues for decades. Dr. Dong was a breath of fresh air. The first one to really talk to me about these issues and explain what to expect for now and the future. Found her last year. Three teeth later and still a satisfied client. She convinced me to not give up or rush into dentures.

Lea Davis Don’t get me started! It was a terrible experience. Back about 10 or 12 years ago, I had a denture made at Affordable Dentures. It was perfect! They did such a good job and I was really impressed. BUT….. obviously they must have a new management. The denture DID NOT fit. The tech kept pressing the denture as tightly into my mouth as possible, while shaking my head by the back and forth motion she was making. She was saying, “ see, there is no wiggle room “. But when I would open my mouth, it would fall down on my tongue. IT DID NOT FIT! When I told them that, they got pretty mad. They said, “we can put a lining in it that will make it fit, but it burns your mouth pretty bad.” They acted surprised when I said, “yes, do that.” Well guess what? It burned a little, but not enough to complain about. And, yes, it did help it fit better, but not as well as my first denture from there. Also, it doesn’t look like any denture I have ever seen. It looks like a cartoon version of a denture. It is a very light pink color and the teeth look like rabbit teeth! Plus…..very poor quality! They don’t take insurance, and I always wondered why. Now I know! Insurance companies would NEVER accept and pay for their inferior product!

Ben S Look, I have a lot of kids (think 10). I cannot tell you how amazing this dentist office is. From coordinating appointments so we can batch the most kids in, to just their front office staff being so helpful and on it. Unfortunately, since my work transferred to United I had to find another dentist. But still, this place is top shelf. My kids loved going here, and I never had to worry about the integrity. I have seen some dentist that are after the $$$, this place is different. A real Matthew 7:16-20 establishment, you know them by their fruits.

Rachael Mckinley Dr. Freier is always professional yet very personal and friendly. I trust him with his medical opinions and expertise. He is the best physician Ive been to. I Have been his pt for over 5 years. I followed him from another facility and drive 45 min to see him with absolutely no issue at all. I am in better health than ever with his suggestions. I always feel like we are a team in my plan for improved health. As a side note, it is refreshing to see a healthcare practitioner leading by example to reflect his own improved and continued health.

Jane Edwards I came to this doctors office prior to my visit recently and was underwhelmed however my opinion has changed with my last visit to see Dr Frier. He came in not knowing me and sat down and actually listened to what I had to say without interrupting unless it was a question about what I was talking about. He made me feel very comfortable, and assured that he has my best interest. For the first time since I have been in florida, I found a doctor that I am satisfied with. And believe me I have seen many in less than a year.

Cindy Lynch I made an appointment with Dr. Cole to get a second opinion about a procedure. Dr. Cole was professional, thorough, and honest about what I needed done. This is a family run practice and his wife, Karen, is the receptionist. She was very friendly and efficient! I walked right in and was seen immediately, no waiting. All staff was great! I loved the atmosphere and service! They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable and relaxed, not rushed. Great experience! I highly recommend Dr. Cole!

Rustin LaFurney I was able to schedule my appointment quickly with a phone call, get all my paperwork done online, and was treated respectfully and kindly by the front desk, hygienist (Alexia?) and Dr. Cole. They use some pretty advanced technology (in my experience) to provide x-rays, pictures and treatment plans all in a single interface that they use to explain what needs to be done. I also didnt feel pressured like some of the corporate dentists offices that dot the Pensacola area. Admittedly, Dr. Cole isnt proficient in dental insurance costs, but Id say thats true for most professionals and why they have office staff. I came away with a true plan of action, appointments to make it happen and the prescriptions to help my painful situation in the meantime.

Christina Watson It was nice, I didnt like the full glass on the front of the office. Made it hard to hear them call you to the counter. Also, the teeth cleaning/ exam room is not private. As in, you share the room with multiple patients. I like the staff and Dr. Rodriguez was very straight and to the point. Very knowledgeable. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would just ask that maybe he considers a more traditional approach to making the move to private patients rooms for all occasions. For patients comfort and privacy.

When I called to get an appointment I was informed they did not have a dentist available just hygienist what kind of practice lets there dentist off and does not have one available for an urgent matter do yourself a favor and find somewhere better staffed

Dr Forrest genuinely cares as do the rest of the Staff. I used to see Dr Spurlock who was great. I was sad to see he was gone. Very pleased to be here with a lot of the same staff. Timothy Branch Watson Dental is the best of all I have ever used. The Doctors and their staff make you feel at ease. They truly care about your health, not just adding unnecessary procedures for a larger bill, as Ive had others to do in the past. I use Dr. Brett. Once the finishes the exam, he tells you what he found and the options available, so you can choose the desired treatment of your choice. I have always been satisfied with the work I received from them. Insurance forced me to leave once, but now I have different insurance. I wasnt happy with the other dentist treatment plan, so I came back for a second opinion and Im glad I did. He saved me from getting four crowns with root canals by replacing the fillings that had fallen out. They were so far from the nerves we didnt have to numb me up and there wasnt any pain during the process.

Ms. Rose If you are shopping for a new dentist office, youve found it. I cant say enough good about Watson Family Dentistry and my experience there today with Dr. Thomas K. Rowell, the newest member to their team. Being younger and relatively new, I was concerned of whether he could handle my particular issue. Well, what a wonderful job he did, he and his assistant. Both of them, Fantastic! No one could have made my experience any better. I had 2 extractions done. Dr. Rowell proved himself, to be both professional, and as gentle as one could be. To my amazement, I didnt even feel the needle. I can say Ive only ever experienced one dentist before who could do that. I have no doubt that Dr. Rowell will rapidly come to be cherished by a huge following of loyal patients in this community.

Krystal Massey The staff is friendly and they do good work, however they have decided to go out of network with all insurances. I have been going here for years, but I am having to leave because I cannot afford the out of network prices. Also, I was not told about the change in policy until AFTER my procedure was done. Had I known about the policy change ahead of time, I would have canceled because I cannot afford this surprise bill.

Mallary Anderson Dr. Newman is the best dentist I have ever had. My kids enjoy it as well. He has patience for those who may be nervous. He has always made me feel at ease and comfortable. Very thankful he is my dentist.

Ashley Honeycutt I have not once had a good experience with the dental offices at the Milton location. First and foremost, they never ever answer the phone and theres no point in leaving them a message because they never return phone calls. If they take a message and advise they will call you back, they dont. And this has been consistent for the last two years. Because of their lack of care of concern, it makes it impossible to see them as the only way to schedule in to go in person. But then, they are closed, or out to lunch. So again, its more difficult than it needs to be. The last cleaning that was done on my two children, the hygienist was incredibly rough, causing sore gums and bleeding. I needed to see them for a crown (which they were unable to do - have to seek services elsewhere). Most recently, I walked in the office to schedule regular cleanings and they were "out to lunch" at around 3pm. Not a problem, but now I have to go up there again since we know they dont know what a telephone is. Before that, about a month ago, I went up there and asked specifically about walk in hours for emergencies. Receptionist wrote down Monday - Thursday from 8-1pm. Well, apparently not, because I sent someone up there on a Tuesday and they were advised they dont see anyone on Tuesdays and they need to drive all the way to Fairfield location in Pensacola. Exactly what you want to hear during an EMERGENCY situation..."sorry, go elsewhere". Do better. Most of the clientele at your location are no insurance or low income. Doesnt mean we dont deserve good quality care.

Chris Smegelski I would give them no stars if possible. They shut us down for 2 weeks for quarantine and after 22 days says they will not provide letters for my kids to go back to school because they didnt monitor the situation. They said they do not see the positive test result so therefore they did not monitor. But that didnt stop them from shutting us down for 14 days. The place is a joke and should change their name to birth control clinic if they are even capable of passing that out correctly.

Caleb Ahmed Our children needed a specific kind of formula as of yesterday when the doctor said so. I went to this WIC Office today on a Friday not realizing they closed at 1PM and as a couple of the WIC employees were walking out at 1 o’clock for the day, one of them stopped and continued to help me and walked back in and helped my family get the formula we needed for the weekend. Very caring people here.

Dale Henderson Went to Dr. Bernal for about 25 years. I ground my teeth very bad & he constantly worked to keep my teeth repaired. Finally came to a point he recommended dentures as my teeth were breaking off at the gums. I can say 110% that this dentist never hurt me one time with injections before any dental work. Since acquiring a dentist to pull my teeth & prepare for dentures I just want to say Ive been hurt by other dentist just getting the shots to numb my mouth that hurt so bad Ive had to jerk away as my eyes leaked severely. For those who use Dr Bernal know for a fact that no dentist takes the time to move the needle around delicately injecting your anesthesia gradually with very very little pain as him. He never ever hurt me once! Something that cant be said for my dentist in Atmore Al.! Wish he was on my insurance plan now. I highly recommend him!

Todd Humble Zero. Sent me to get root canal mid-November and finally gets around to calling back 4 months later (March 27th). They don’t return calls. I went and sat two different mornings trying to get a follow up to replace the 30 day max temporary fillings and finally gave up on him two months after. I wound up going to the ER from an infection when the temporary fillings finally gave out. Worst ever least caring office that had the gull to call today saying they have an appointment available in April.

Scott Tomlinson The doctor is very good. I have no pain during any time he is working on my teeth. He does great work fixing broken teeth and removing cavities. The staff is also all great to speak to and they are always helpful with figuring out payment and insurance. I do rate this office a 5 out of 5 for there great work on me. I do wish they offered anti anxiety nitrous during procedures because my insurance covers it and I dont like the panic I get from anxiety from the sound of drills and such. Other then that one issue I will be sticking with this Dentist for years and years to come.

Mary Jane Pitts I went in for X-Rays, Cleaning and Exam. Samantha was probably the best Dental Hygienist I have had in years. She was very thorough, gentle not rushed and did an excellent job. I saw Dr Hines who looked at my X-Rays and did the Exam was very good and offered some suggestions for a space I have in my smile. Which I didnt even know was possible to fix So yeah!! I will definitely be back to get that done and I definitely continue using Samantha for my cleanings. Great place to go for your dental care.

Katie Marie I’ve had a great experience with Dr McGinnis — I’ve had a few emergencies having old fillings or crowns fall out and he’s been able to get me in quickly and repair whatever needs fixing quickly and painlessly. I have a fear/anxiety with dental work in general, so I’m very thankful to have found a place with a staff who are friendly and put me at ease and a dentist with such skilled hands. Highly recommend
