5 /5 Courtney Payton: I have a Cadillac XT5 that was blowing hot air for weeks. Reilly’s really helped us when we were in desperate need to get our AC fixed and it is now blowing ice cold air. I called the dealer, who never returned my call, and called another local shop, who put me on the schedule and when I arrived told me to come another day the following week that they’re too busy to take my car. A recommendation for Reilly’s came up, although more expensive than the quote I initially received from the other shop, they seemed to be a very good fit as you are clearly paying for quality and professionalism. I really liked that there is a “drop off” option and that they have mechanics with all kinds of service experience and not just a shop that works on a specific kind of car. My entire AC unit needed to be replaced and the estimate was that it would take a few days to repair. There was some mix up at the counter and my husband and I waited for 2 hours in the shop when it was supposed to be a drop off appointment which was a little frustrating, however, I was completely impressed with their follow up communication. I received text updates, text quotes with my bill, and a message no more than 24 hours later stating my car was ready! Another thing I wanted to add is at check out we were told all work is cross checked, meaning all work is double checked by another mechanic and that was also very reassuring that they take this very seriously and want to ensure they are doing the best and offering the best to their customers. We truly appreciated the help and will be back for maintenance.
