1 /5 Sandra Ezell Gregoris: On Sunday July 21, 2024 my mother passed away due, in large part, to the lack of care of Callie Smith of this office. Though my mother tried to tell her over and over about her back and stomach issues. I, since i used to work with her, even emailed her with info i knew that would maybe be something mom forgot but she ignored me, too. Note, i never once asked for info about my mom. HIPAA, I am very familiar with. But mom said she rushed her in and out and once only came into the waiting room to give her lab results, then sent her on her way. Same pain, same issues. I was very happy when Callie came back to town. I thought she would be perfect for my mom because she was so close to her own mom. Well, i guess the extra education deleted the human factor. My life has been changed forever and it was entirely preventable had Callie listened to my mom and myself and found the problem. This is not the Callie i knew, i just wish id known sooner and gotten another provider.

1 /5 Davis AM (Outlaw-angel): I am beyond dismayed with my most recent visit - an annual preventative health screening. 3 minutes with the ARNP who looked at my lab work and said, "Everything looks great but you knew that." Previous 12 months entailed visits to multiple specialists yet none of those findings were reviewed or next steps addressed. The topping on this misfit of an experience: misbilled for the visit. I had to look up the medical term associated with the code as Ive never heard of it nor been diagnosed with it. Had any topics been reviewed from the medical journey I am on, I would happily pay the cost associated beyond an annual health review but that was not even an interest of this office. Severely disappointed.

5 /5 Melanie Quail: Really feel my health is in good hands. Staff (Yvonne, Callie and Sabrina) are top notch. Very thorough regarding test results and recommendations for other health needs. Accessible even on a holiday weekend in regards to a refill on medication. Thanks for all you do.

HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency - Live Oak Linda W: This is the second HCA facility that I have gone to and a double patients up in the ER rooms. This would not bother me if you had 2 Non-respiratory infected patients. I have horrible back pain, to go in the ER and pick up some kind of respiratory infection, flu or Covid, the coughing would just add to my back pain. I would say youre safest just to grab a mask because these people that come in coughing and hacking are not courteous enough to put a mask on themselves. this was from personal experience, in fact, the patient went for x-ray and they gave him a mask, as soon as they got back into the room, they took it off. since they have slacked off the Covid epidemic, places have become less sterile once again.

The LPN who does my weight/BP is incredible - she is funny, sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I see Missy and she is the kindest, most down-to-earth person Ive ever met - Im so grateful for this office!

Palms Medical Group - Live Oak - Live Oak Brody Herring: My family started here about a year ago. Getting an appointment, call them , talk to someone , they can’t give you an appointment for the next day and tell you to call at 8 in the morning. At 8 in the morning you wait for 20 mins on the phone and tell you to bone in 7 days later. Mind you this is our primary and we have insurance. We have had this problem 6 times now. Once they prescribed me the wrong medication and I was seriously sick a missed 5 days of work, I call everyday for an appointment, left voicemails and even talked to the head nurse. No call back no response Don’t go here, for anything.

Doctors office in Live Oak, FL - Live Oak Jaimie Melka: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! OBSCENE WAIT TIMES! When calling the office for the first time, a lady answered the phone and said she would call me back in a few minutes but never returned my call. The second time, Dr. Rana answered the phone and asked me to come in the next day. I showed up early for my appointment, and should have taken the hint when another patient said they waited almost TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I asked the staff if the doctor typically ran behind and was told the wait was so long because I was a new patient, and they had to put all my info into the system. I was not happy about it but was willing to wait at that point. An hour and a half in, however, they brought back a walk-in patient, and that was the last straw for me. Never have I waited that long to be seen outside of an emergency room. I asked for them to cancel my appt and left without being seen, and they werent even slightly apologetic.

Health Department - Live Oak - Live Oak Amber Deaton: Made an appointment for wic for 10 am to get height and weight only, everything else was done over phone. Still sitting here over an hour later with people coming in after us being seen first. Will be going back to Mayo for Wic appointments.

Suwannee PAWS Inc. - Live Oak Kady Blend: I have gone to them for the better half of two years with my cats. The staff are so extremely lovely and a pleasure to work with. They are so affordable and has really helped my family be able to afford getting our cats fixed and their shots done. Dr. Tracy is really really lovely and you can tell she loves what she does.

Rizwana Thanawala, MD - Lake City Lila Rissman: Dr. Thanawala is thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had read some rather negative reviews, but went to my appointment with an open mind. I would recommend her highly.

Ascension Internal Medicine of Florida - Live Oak SteveFlorida1: The staff was nice but, the facilities are not sanitary. I was in a waiting room and went to turn the water on and it wouldnt even work. Medical staff are required to clean their hands before putting their hands on patients and the NP that treated me had just left a flu patient in the next room over. She did not wash her hands in my presence. Needless to say, I brought sickness home to my whole family. I wont be going back and finding another facility.
