5 /5 Marsha Coates: When Dr. Scott Kuhns retired, I was happy for him but selfishly sad for me. Fortunately, Jennifer decided to join Dr. Riggs’ very competent team because in the past I have always found Jennifer to be friendly, compassionate, and professional, so I felt comfortable with the transition. Every time I have interacted with Mariah whether on the phone or at the office, she has been cheery, helpful, and efficient. Even though my experience has not been vast with Dr. Riggs as of yet, today I appreciated her time in being very thorough to discuss various options to help with some of my issues. Initially, I was not that receptive to some of her suggestions, and she never made me feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. Instead, Dr. Riggs offered me alternatives in a concise and caring manner. Although I will always miss Dr. Kuhns and Linda, I feel confident that he chose wisely Dr. Riggs to take care of his patients. Whatever your dental needs, you can be assured that Dr. Riggs and her team are current on the latest technology. .

I was definitely nervous about how my kids would react, but Stuart Pediatric Dentistry completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staffs patience was truly remarkable. They took the time to explain each step of the process in a gentle, age-appropriate way, addressing any concerns my kids had with genuine kindness. I was particularly impressed with Anay and how she made my kids feel comfortable. This level of care and support made my children feel completely at ease. It was almost magical to witness their transformation from nervous little ones to curious and engaged patients. The staffs ability to create a positive and fun environment was truly exceptional. Now, instead of dreading the dentist, my kids are genuinely excited about their next appointment! To me, thats the ultimate testament to the incredible care they received. Its clear that Dr Matos understands how to make dental visits a positive experience for children, and Im so grateful we found them. Great Expressions Dental Centers - Stuart-NW Federal Hwy - Stuart Jessica Mello: The two stars are for the office staff, and dental assistants. They have always been wonderful. However, the Dr in charge of pediatrics may need to reassess if this age group is for them. Bedside manner is cold, distant, and you borderline feel like your bothering him being his patient. Also, the constant referrals to sedation for minor tooth work is insane! Children may present with some pushback, while being treated. Adults struggle at the dentist! If you have zero tolerance towards children, and no other methods of treatment other than to always refer off to sedation. There is something wrong! Sedation should be the very last resort! I was referred here originally, by a friend who said this office works well with special needs children. As I have a child with autism, but that seems to have been false. I am a native Floridian who has been taking their children to pediatric dentists for 13 years. I have lived in CO and ME, and I never experienced a dental provider so quick to refer sedation.
