Fortunately, Jennifer decided to join Dr. Riggs’ very competent team because in the past I have always found Jennifer to be friendly, compassionate, and professional, so I felt comfortable with the transition. Every time I have interacted with Mariah whether on the phone or at the office, she has been cheery, helpful, and efficient. Even though my experience has not been vast with Dr. Riggs as of yet, today I appreciated her time in being very thorough to discuss various options to help with some of my issues. Initially, I was not that receptive to some of her suggestions, and she never made me feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. Instead, Dr. Riggs offered me alternatives in a concise and caring manner. Although I will always miss Dr. Kuhns and Linda, I feel confident that he chose wisely Dr. Riggs to take care of his patients. Whatever your dental needs, you can be assured that Dr. Riggs and her team are current on the latest technology. .

Raquel Souza: I started my treatment at Great Expressions in Atlanta. When I moved to Florida, I had to transfer my treatment to this location in Stuart. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the quality. It is very poor compared to the office in Atlanta. The service is not good, the level of the professionals is not good, and the front desk staff is not friendly. I didn’t like it, but I had no choice since I had already paid for my Invisalign plan. Today, when it was time to read the terms before signing the closure of my treatment, the employee read them to me in a rush, without even giving me time to read them myself. I felt pressured and underestimated, as if I didn’t know how to read, when in reality, I just wanted to take my time to review an important document before signing it.
