5 /5 Marti 504: This place is so cool! It has everything you need for a day of pampering. I was lucky enough to get Chloe, because this girl has some serious skills with color. Not only was the final result magnificent, but she started out by talking me through what color would look best with my skin tone, and her confidence and kindness was just amazing and left me relaxed knowing I was in good hands. She was 100% right on the color, because I have never been so in love with my hair. She was also extremely efficient, and checked in all the time to make sure I was comfortable. I could not have had a more wonderful experience. The rest of the people were also so kind and had a great vibe. I wish I had time after to stay and check out the cute coffee bar and boutique, but I will definitely be back. 10/10, best salon Ive been to.

1 /5 Abby: Got my hair “diffused” as a girl with curly hair. It’s hard to trust people because sadly not a lot of people know how to do wavy/ curly hair. I got to this salon all the time for blow outs. Everybody is so sweet and very good. I asked the receptionist for the best and if she’s not in let me know because I want the girl with the best ability with curly hair. Apparently it was Maria… here is the after of my diffusing apt. And when I was clearly upset. I said I wasn’t paying for the service because now I have to re-wash my hair and style it to standard to go out in public. She told me I had to pay for it bc I got a wash, but it was so bad I told her I had to re wash. The mgmt came. And Maria was horrible when she said I didn’t even have curly hair to make it seem like it wasn’t her wrong doing it was mine… here are the photos of my hair after Maria’s apt. And when I do my own diffusing. As you can tell, I have curly hair and the attitude of this woman was horrific and sadly I won’t be going there anymore because of this treatment.

5 /5 Lily Scaglione: I had the best experience at Rik Rak]! Marcel did an incredible job with my haircut, giving it the perfect shape and flow I was hoping for. Then Damien worked his magic on my highlights, and the color is absolutely stunning—natural yet vibrant! Both Marcel and Damien were professional, attentive, and so friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my new look. Highly recommend this salon and their amazing team! Also love Raquel (the owner’s) fashion style with her boutique, such fun items!

1 /5 violeta: I will never trust this person if recommend this person to anyone. I recently moved to town from California and was in search of a good reputable salon. This salon was near the area I was in and they were able to take me in same day. I specifically asked the front desk and made sure to ask that the stylist I was assigned to has had been working at this salon for over a year and is experienced. From the get go I knew something was off. I asked for a shadow root, I had high life’s done a month ago, beautifully done, however I was tired of bleaching my hair and wanted to grow my highlights out. I knew the stylist, her name is Adrienne , did not know what she was doing. Long story short she ruined my hair. She was applying color to my roots and color was flying all over the place; her technique was extremely sloppy. She started getting the root shadow color on my ends and then kept apologizing saying oops. Ran me to the sink and started rinsing my hair. Then we agreed to a keratin treatment right after the root. As she was applying it she kept splattering some on my face, it was just going everywhere. My eyes were burning. Then after the treatment she realized she didn’t leave on the root shadow for as long. So she says, mind you this was after the keratin treatment, let’s dye your roots again because they started turning orange due to the chemical process. Well as she started doing the color again, AFTER THE TREATMENT (which I learned your not supposed to do and wait at least two weeks because the color will be uneven and isn’t quite frankly safe to do so) my hair after the second dye session started turning blue. She ran me back to the sink. At this point I was traumatized. Thank God for the other hair stylist who took over and managed to make my hair presentable. I left the salon very unhappy. In addition, my scalp is so itchy and irritated , most likely from the copious amounts of back and forth that she put my hair through on top of doing a keratin treatment in an unsafe manner. Super disappointed

5 /5 Genesis Perez: I’ve been going to Damian for 9 years, and he’s truly the best! He’s done everything for my hair over the years—color, cuts, and treatments like the Brazilian blowout—and it always turns out amazing. He has a real eye for color, making sure it complements my look perfectly, and his cuts are always spot on. Damian is not only incredibly skilled, but he’s also so attentive and really listens to what I want. I always leave feeling great and looking my best. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy hairstylist!
