My first impression was really positive so I decided to book a full hair transformation service. Alexis did a great job, she explained every details on each step, she has a very calm approach that I liked. The final result was amazing, the hair cut and color came out great, she is a true professional as everyone in the salon. I will return. Overall it was a positive experience, a little pricey but worth it!

The hair wash portion of the experience was amazing and I loved the products Meagan used on me. She was very efficient and well-informed (of products) in getting my hair done in a timely matter as well. I have a lot of thick/long hair, so that was nice, to experience the time efficiency. I have now been twice and my hair loves me for it. I ended up purchasing the blow out membership and look forward to using it!

She’s kind, down to earth, talented, and truly listens during the consult to make sure you’re both on the same page. The salon is always has a chill vibe and many (if not all) of the people working there resonate with that. Finding a stylist who cares about their craft and their clients is hard to come by in Miami and I’m so glad that I started seeing Clara at Ninette.

This was not only my first time booking with Clara but also the first time I’ve ever had my hair colored. She made me feel so comfortable and did an excellent job! Also, the salon is so cute and parking was a breeze. 10/10 recommend.

I went from long hair to short and it was easy to collab with him on what would suit me best for my lifestyle and hair type. Definitely going back to Luke for all my short hair needs! Also Lizzy is so sweet, that just makes your experience and her work even better.

Welcome Beauty Salon - Miami Katie Pugh: The worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel terribly saying this because my stylist was so nice but both the result and experience were awful. Total amateur hour. I came in for a simple single process to cover grey roots in my dark brown hair and somehow my roots were orange afterwards. The stylist was ready to send me on my way, never parted my hair to check roots or dried a patch to make sure I was satisfied. Thankfully I caught the error (first photo) and back to the bowl I went for dark toner. Second round was STILL orange roots just a shade darker (second photo you can see mid wash the toner didn’t work but nonetheless he brought me back to my chair. This time I asked for a portion of my hair to be dried so I could examine the roots. Nope. Back to the bowl for a THIRD TIME. What was supposed to be an easy one hour hair dye was over 2.5 hours long, I missed another appointment and was charged a fee, and on the end he just died my entire head black, not the result I wanted. To add pain to insult I was charged the full amount. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay for anything here. Especially seeing as when I got home I had dye all over my ears and face. He was careful on the first application and then second and third time just slopped the dye all over my face. I hate leaving negative reviews but given this salon will waste your time, not give you what you want, and then charge you full service, I felt like others should be WARNED.

Ricardo did an amazing job in bringing my hair back to life and Ivan’s customer service is top tier! I’ll be coming for weekly blowouts moving forward.
