If you ask what he’d recommend with cut or color, he will respectfully give his opinion, and trust me you will feel very comfortable with his way he speaks about your hair color or style. I’m very happy with all his work he did on my hair. This salon is very nice! Everyone is nice and friendly? The Owner Christian always says hello personally! Love to go to this salon! Nico was amazing! The service is 10 stars! I will be a regular from now on. It’s not your typical Miami salon that all they want to do is sell sell and don’t care about your hair health. It’s a business and selling is part of it, but here is more about making customer comfortable and happy.

Welcome Beauty Salon - Miami Katie Pugh: The worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel terribly saying this because my stylist was so nice but both the result and experience were awful. Total amateur hour. I came in for a simple single process to cover grey roots in my dark brown hair and somehow my roots were orange afterwards. The stylist was ready to send me on my way, never parted my hair to check roots or dried a patch to make sure I was satisfied. Thankfully I caught the error (first photo) and back to the bowl I went for dark toner. Second round was STILL orange roots just a shade darker (second photo you can see mid wash the toner didn’t work but nonetheless he brought me back to my chair. This time I asked for a portion of my hair to be dried so I could examine the roots. Nope. Back to the bowl for a THIRD TIME. What was supposed to be an easy one hour hair dye was over 2.5 hours long, I missed another appointment and was charged a fee, and on the end he just died my entire head black, not the result I wanted. To add pain to insult I was charged the full amount. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay for anything here. Especially seeing as when I got home I had dye all over my ears and face. He was careful on the first application and then second and third time just slopped the dye all over my face. I hate leaving negative reviews but given this salon will waste your time, not give you what you want, and then charge you full service, I felt like others should be WARNED.

UBe beauty Salon / Barber / Boutique - Miami Denise Gallardo: I am not one to leave reviews but I just have to share my thoughts! Emilio is an artist and incredibly skilled. He takes his time to personalize both the experience and create a style specific to your look. Just “wow”!!!

Hello Beauty Concept - Miami Elvira Zamora: The vibes of this salon are 10/10. From the complimentary wine, to the amazing scalp massages, to the free therapy sessions. Ricardo did an amazing job in bringing my hair back to life and Ivan’s customer service is top tier! I’ll be coming for weekly blowouts moving forward.

HK SALON INC - Miami Beach Sarah Puente: Yailen is so talented and pleasant! She did a great job realizing my “vision” and considering my lifestyle when choosing my hairstyle. I am very active and wear a ponytail often, but wanted a short cut. She helped make my style beautiful and functional. She also did a great job on my color! Grateful for her and HK salon so close in my neighborhood.

Hair Healers Beauty Salon - Miami paige timmermann: Dania just worked a miracle on my hair. I moved to Miami last summer and haven’t been able to find a good hair stylist since. Given that- she has my business forever!! My hair is bouncy, youthful and still has an amazing length given the amount of texture she was able to create. 10/10 go here!!

FreeTime Beauty Salon & spa - Miami Tara: I’m still adjusting to my haircut but it is what it is asked for and they did a great job of delivering based on my ask for volume. I didn’t ask for blow dry but they were nice enough to at least blow dry the front so I could see how it would look like. Would come here again.

Arte Hairstylist Salon - Miami Dahiana Bartolome: I scheduled a nail appointment with them two days in advance for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:25 PM, only to be told that my appointment had been “crossed” with someone else’s and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. They assured me they’d call when the nail technician was ready. After 40 minutes with no update, I went back to check, only to find the technician working on someone else entirely. When I mentioned my 4:30 appointment, she asked if I was a regular. I explained that I wasn’t but had booked my appointment days ago. There was no one else available, so I ended up leaving. It was clear they had no interest in accommodating or satisfying me as a customer, seemingly because I’m “not a regular.” Waisted 1 hour and a half of my day waiting around for them.
