5 /5 Katherine Lloyd-Jones: We were referred to Running Great by AAA and our local Advanced Auto Parts Store after our vehicle wouldnt not start nor receive a jump start. While it was in the shop, they offered to take care of a broken car door handle. They only charged us a half hour of labor to replace the car door handle, despite initially quoting us for an hour. To me that shows they go beyond to give customers honest and fair pricing. A month later our vehicle had another issue. They were not able to replicate the issue during the diagnostic test. Despite their effort trying to replicate the problem, they charged no diagnostic fee. I was more than willing to pay the typical diagnostic fee for their time. Their generosity went the extra mile. There is genuinely no need to feel concern that they may push something just for the sake of money like one might have at dealerships or other automechanics. 10/10 recommend.

When we needed body work recently, we went Running Great straight away, and the car looks better than when it was new!! Terry did a fabulous job, was meticulous, and stayed in touch, completing the work sooner than expected. It is clear he loves his job!
