My issues did not happen all the time, but if left with nothing done to it, I would have had more problems than what I had. They found the issues with my electrical and charging system. Kenny took his time and made sure every thing that was wrong was fixed, tested, and retested. My car is running so much better than it ever has in over a year. Tristan is Amazing and worked with me on the repairs. Thank you so much for being there and for taking the stress out of a stressful situation! I will Always bring you my business if any other repairs are needed. I hope it wont be for a while though. Thank you!

It’s definitely on the pricier side, but that’s expected with German cars. Quality labor comes at a cost, and they really do the job right the first time, which gives me peace of mind. Brian is the best always helpful, quick to respond, and never hesitates to assist when I have a question or need something. He really goes above and beyond for his costumers and it shows. I’ve even recommended a couple friends to get their alignments and maintenance for their Getrman cars done here, and they’ve had a great experience too. Definitely a trustworthy spot if you care about taking care of your car.

W. Scott Wheeler: While traveling on business in the Sanford area, my Cadillac experienced a shuddering problem. While I am a seasoned and ASE-certified Master Tech, I was unsure of what it was. Harrell & Beverly was recommended to me. They were able to get my car in for inspection on Monday morning, even though initially they said it could be Thursday. They connected a scan tool to the vehicle and test drove it, watching for anomalies regarding the transmission lock up torque converter. The recommended fix was a complete and thorough flush. MJ O: I called for a quote for an oil change with already purchasing an oil filter I was told it would he $100 or so. My bill was $222 when I picked the car up after taking 7 hours for an oil change. The Maserati dealership was $299 with the filter included. I paid $285 to have this done at some dumpy mom and pop place that’s never even seen a Maserati Quattroporte GTS . Totally taken advantage of. They charge expert dealer pricing for amateur jobs.
