    MJ O: I called for a quote for an oil change with already purchasing an oil filter I was told it would he $100 or so. My bill was $222 when I picked the car up after taking 7 hours for an oil change. The Maserati dealership was $299 with the filter included. I paid $285 to have this done at some dumpy mom and pop place that’s never even seen a Maserati Quattroporte GTS . Totally taken advantage of. They charge expert dealer pricing for amateur jobs.

    Mitch Hoover: In a word….Awful. They left me hanging for six weeks, telling me the part was on order when it never was. The one small thing they did fix broke a month later. Terrible terrible customer service. If you want your car fixed go somewhere else.

Down to earth never is to busy to explain any questions you have. Is very detailed about parts and labor. If finances are a issue he has several options for financing! I would recommend him 10 times over!

My car’s horn stopped working recently; the manager took the time to explain the issue in detail, even showing me the diagram, and offer some repair options (unlike the chain store I’d gone to the week before, who shrugged and told me to go to the dealership.) Ultimately, Mir’s was able to fix the broken piece and saved me $1K off what the dealership would’ve charged for full replacement. It means a lot that they were willing to pursue an affordable fix … it shows they respect all levels of paying customers, not just ones with lots of money, and it guarantees that I’ll bring my business back to the shop in the future. I can tell that they have support from a larger network due to the online estimation and communications tools, which were really great, but it didn’t make things feel soulless like a chain typically does. I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want more competition for future appointments! Thanks

    Jerry Cail: Painted a car for me charged me $3500 and it started fading a couple of days later. Had a friend take her Mercedes Benz there didnt do no work to her vehicle and put bad parts on her car and charged her $2800 and she had to take it to someone else and the are charging her the same price. She tried to contact them the want even answer the phone.

    Alan Hampton: I am a contractor and my van is my lively hood. When my transmission failed no idea what to do. There was nobody I trusted. I had no mechanic. I found Jose and his shop of 9 years through these reviews and that is why I am writing this. Jose is an excellent mechanic above that an honest and good man. I was renting a truck while mine was in the shop(costly). This man had me back in my truck in a week as he said he would do everything he could to accomplish that. Even though he needed to get additional parts that went beyond a basic rebuild. He’s 30 miles from my house and well worth the trip. If you need a mechanic Jose and his team are where you need to go. He’s good, respectful, and above all HONEST. This is the only shop that will work on any vehicle that I own. He will always answer or return your calls and keep you posted on the work. Oh and you will NOT find extra bolts in your cup holder when you get your vehicle back. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to in this case. Transmission specialist & Auto Repair they are well worth the trip. Al. 2014 Chevy Express 1500 Van
