I got highlights and a cut. I rarely get my haircut due to not being able to find a hairstylist that will do a good job. I now have one and will be returning.

Pamela Simmons: I had an appointment with Carol @ 2 pm. I was 5 minutes late. I sat in the reception area for another 7 minutes when I finally walked to the side room and had to interrupt another stylist to ask for Carol. Carol informed me that she was shampooing a lady to do a perm . Obviously a walk-in as my appointment had been booked for days for a shampoo cut. and style. A 1 hour service. She wanted me to come back after the perm so she obviously didn’t have anybody booked for that time slot. A perm is a 3 hour service. She herself had not even kept her own hair nice for someone in her field. She was not very welcoming or pleasant in the slightest. I would not want this to reflect on the other stylist as they rent chairs. I of course would not want to go back later after being treated so badly. Unfortunately I had bought a promotion and it was only for Carol. So she got her money anyway. Repeat customers Carol are your bread and butter. Walk in’s will not usually be loyal as they generally always go on a whim wherever they can get in. Not a good way to increase your clientele.

Adele Snead: I am very happy with my stylist, Cher. I live 25 miles away but drive here weekly to get my hair cut, styled and colored. She is awesome. I also had a broken nail once when here and Marlene did an awesome job repairing it. I am happy that I have finally schedule a pedicure and manicure close to my hair appointment. Yes, it took some time because she is so busy. That’s because she is a great nail tech. Everyone that I have seen leave this salon looks fantastic! Awesome salon.

Rosina Eisenmann: Wax… just the thought dredges up anxiety… BUT, and this is a first, I barely felt the process. The wax was warm, not burning hot. And Sierra’s gentle hands removed it with such care. I’m definitely a customer for life. Pricing was acceptable, facility is clean and I was more than comfortable during the time there.
