When our water pump went out shortly after we arrived we tasked Sams with that repair. Having had this same repair done twice previously in the last 3 years we found the cost to reasonable (in fact less than the cost of the previous repairs) and the customer service to be excellent...we felt right at home! Sam, service manager Mike & the technicians are friendly, knowledgable & honest in their evaluations. I would heartily recommend Sams Auto Repair and Diagnostics to anyone in need of mechanical repairs in the greater Flagler County area.

I told them what was wrong with my truck and they confirmed they work on transmissions and that I had to make an appointment for the following week. They look at my truck and say they don’t do that kind of transmission work and recommend another company 30 minutes away with a 3 week wait. Then charged me a diagnostic fee and told me what I already knew.

Justin Klee: I asked to have my muffler clamps removed and replaced with welds because they were leaking and coming loose I also supplied a piece of pipe needed for this job.he called and said it would be 150$ because the exhaust flange was broke and needed repaired and he couldn’t use the pipe I supplied because he didn’t have a pipe bender.the pipe didn’t need to be bent for this job and this guy tack welded the exhaust clamps in place and didn’t repair any flange…I would recommend this place to my worst enemy..Bobby is very rude over the phone and a scared little man in person.

Emil Mtso: This was going to be a good review but now it’s a bad one, regarding Felix and the mechanic I came in with my van over heating and they squeezed me into do a diagnostics of $29.00, they found out that the over heating was from one of my hoes loose and they tightened it back, I pay the 29.99 and when I go to get my van they claim that my thermostat was bad and that they need to change it for a total of $340 ish, . I look at the invoice and ask why is the thermostat $125 when advanced auto is $36 for that part? They immediately release my van and take it out because of me questioning it. I leave to another mechanic only to find out that tuffy tried to sneak in an invoice and charge me for a bad thermostat so they can make something off of me. My thermostat was perfectly fine and my van didn’t over heat after the hoes was fixed. They also dropped and forgot their flash light under my hood.

He fixed my headlights quickly and found why my car was dogging at lights and repaired that as well. The price was phenomenally low compared to Ohio prices. Would travel from Ohio again to have this shop repair my car.
