1 /5 Lua Durham: Great and amazing doctors in this practice, but poor treatment of their patients by the front desk staff. I had to reschedule several times due to illness, working full time and having a four year old child (Dr. Cavalaris was the obgyn who delivered him). I never didn’t show up. Always called in advance. I was never told I was going to be dropped as a patient for having to reschedule. They cancelled on me several times before but I guess that’s okay. I really don’t understand how after 6 years as a patient they only let me know they won’t see me anymore when I call to make an appointment. Nobody ever told me any of this in advance when I had to reschedule. I don’t understand this poor treatment of a patient. Thank you for your lack of support of women that are trying to multitask and at the same time take care of themselves. I really loved the doctors in this practice and now I have to rush to find another one when it was never my intention…

5 /5 Siomara Pérez: I love every single physician here. Dr. Lederman and Dr. Siegfried are definitely top two doctors. check out girls are great too. Thanks girls for always being on top of things too. Great great office, a must go for everyone women out there!

3 /5 C Victoria (Victoria and Jake): I really like Dr. Lederman, he has a warm understanding personality, but I had to take away stars for communication problems with his office. Ive been trying for a week to get a prescription changed from a patch to another form that my insurance will cover. Ive called everyday multiple times, sit on hold for long periods of time, including the day they left me on hold and went to lunch. I went to the office in person, portal, Ive tried everything. I dont understand why the staff seems to be so inept at getting a small thing changed for an entire week now. In person - things are great, but if you have an after-hours problem or you need to switch medications good luck. Staff members promise to call back and rarely keep their word, especially this past week. They are aware that they have problems with the phone system, but it has been this way for months now and I dont see any measures to make any improvement.

1 /5 Lupe castellon: This is the only place that says they don’t see new patients ! I called to schedule an appointment and the girl who answered was so rude just said I couldn’t schedule . I wasn’t expecting an appointment for right away whenever there was one available but she just said no. Train your staff to be a little bit more courteous!
