Ive been trying for a week to get a prescription changed from a patch to another form that my insurance will cover.
Ive called everyday multiple times, sit on hold for long periods of time, including the day they left me on hold and went to lunch. I went to the office in person, portal, Ive tried everything. I dont understand why the staff seems to be so inept at getting a small thing changed for an entire week now. In person - things are great, but if you have an after-hours problem or you need to switch medications good luck. Staff members promise to call back and rarely keep their word, especially this past week. They are aware that they have problems with the phone system, but it has been this way for months now and I dont see any measures to make any improvement.
