2 /5 Cindy Boyer: I have had multiple problems with this place on several occasions. Its almost impossible to see a Dr or Np here. The staff near have no clue what is going on, they are rude and very uninformed, full of excuses and uncooperative. The call center is a joke.

2 /5 Jaren Pattison: Haven’t been very impressed with this facility and providers. Had some blood work done a month ago and have not heard back. Also had some imagining a week ago over something fairly concerning. I have called several times and no one has made an attempt to return my call. The front desk just takes a message and that’s all I get. I feel like they don’t prioritize their patients and their concerns.

5 /5 J Gail: This is the most professional and friendliest staff. The receptionist is very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The sweet nurse who checks your vitals and gets your information on why you’re there is so kind and efficient. Tiffany (who I see) is so patient. Listens attentively and CARES to try and make you feel BETTER!! I with no reservations give them a 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 /5 Pamela Sellers: I made a 9:30 am appointment for my mother with nurse Julie Clemers. We are now sitting in the patient room. It is now 10:45 and still waiting to be seen. This was an appointment not a walk in. I can understand being behind but there is no excuse.

1 /5 A W: The provider I saw was nice, but it took over a week to finally get the results of my chest x-rays that were supposed to be in within a day or so. The only reason I got them at all is that I showed up in person upset after getting the run-around multiple times through the phone and their online portal. I heard several excuses: the provider was out, they wanted to deliver the results once they got me on the phone, the results will be posted on the portal, the provider hasnt signed off on it yet, the assistant has the results for me but she forgot to leave a voicemail when she called, etc... Turns out there is something concerning with the results, so their lack of follow-up is inexcusable. Also, they seem to never answer the phone in the back when you try to return their call.

I provided my address 5 different times on the new patient forms & after I left the ofc I noticed my address from 7 yrs ago was on my paperwork. The young man at the registration desk did not verify my address to what was in the system after my forms were returned to him with my current information. I do not know where he accessed my 7 yr old address. Not efficient registration by him after I filled out all the forms with current information. The Dr. Was Great!! He removed wax successfully from both ears. He was very friendly & had excellent bedside manner.

Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office

Jesse Johnson, MD - Lake Mary De Campbell: Outstanding patient assistance. Dr. Johnson is wonderful, top-notch physician. He’s super patient, very easy to speak with, honest and he educates you to help you with understanding any issues you may have, about medication, or with future care plans he may have for your health care with him. I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years, and I consider myself a lucky person to be one of his patients. Dawn, Dr. Johnson’s MA, is very kind,. She makes you feel comfortable while offering a friendly demeanor as she sets the tone for a positive visit with Dr. Johnson. The front office staff, Megan and Jacque are as sweet as you can ever have to receive you at a physician’s office. They are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I have also watched them work together and they are spot on a good team. These young ladies are the best Thank You All.

Towne Center Animal Hospital - Sanford Karen H: Dr. Z and his staff are always so kind and supportive. I have a diabetic kitty and she was showing signs of pancreatitis (again). I contacted his office first thing Monday morning, and he made room in his schedule to see, diagnose and treat my very sick kitty. We are so grateful to have a vet like Dr. Z and his wonderful staff!

Florida Oral Surgery - Sanford Cortney Clevenger: Dr DeWild and his staff are amazing. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed after years of pain and discomfort and was extremely nervous. Both Dr DeWild and his staff were comforting and kind through the entire process. I truly appreciate their transparency in communication and compassion towards patients. I am so thankful I was referred to this office as it was such a huge blessing to go through this experience with a knowledgeable and kind team to walk through it with me. I cannot recommend them enough.

AdventHealth Medical Group - Oviedo Don Beatty: AdventHealth is only about numbers and getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. Im not supposed to ask my doctor too many questions or she gets behind schedule and gets in trouble. Wait times are horrible when you call for anything. My doctor gave me a referral and Advent called and left a voicemail for me to call back so they could schedule it for me. After I finally got through to an Advent operator, I was told that they dont schedule for this particular doctor and I would have to call them myself. What a waste of half an hour on the phone. This is typically of the level of service that I receive from Advent. They are so bad that my own doctor is leaving AdventHealth and I plan to follow her!
