5 /5 Hannah perry: I switched providers in the middle of my pregnancy and it was the best choice I could’ve made. All of the staff at this practice were absolutely amazing! The front desk staff were always so welcoming and helpful with everything I needed. Bridget the MA always welcomed me back with a smile on her face and was always just a pleasure to engage with. Dr Atienza has been OUTSTANDING from the first visit to my 6 week postpartum visit. A lot of doctors these days just brush you off and send you on your way but he was always willing to explain anything I had questions on or concerns and put my pregnant mind at ease. Thank you to everybody at this practice for helping me welcome the biggest blessing of a life time !

1 /5 Erika Garcia: Unfortunately I have had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Esses office. You will likely have a very hard time reaching anyone at the Navarre office to make appointments or get assistance. I completed an annual exam in January with Dr. Esses, which was fine overall. At that time I was told it would take 2-6 weeks for a medication to process due to it needing to be ordered from a specialty pharmacy. I then followed up with a call around the 2 week mark to check the status, as I hadnt heard anything. I made approximately 20 calls to the office with no answer or return calls. I eventually reached someone at a different office, and then received a call from the MA Laura the following day. She seemed fairly unconcerned with my problem and gave me an 800 number to call the medication manufacturer. She did mention being the only person to listen and respond to messages left at that number, and assured me she would return my call if anything was needed from their office in the process. Ive since been bounced back and forth between the pharmacy and the manufacturer, who have been confused and told me these calls are usually handled by the doctors office. I have left 5 additional voicemails with Laura requesting assistance over the span of 2 weeks with no return call. It has now been over two months since my original appointment and the prescription hasnt been filled by the pharmacy due to poor communication and coordination with Dr. Esses staff. I have honestly never experienced this level of difficulty in receiving medical care, so I decided to seek care elsewhere to get the prescription, and already have an appointment.

1 /5 Lindsay Cooper: Update: though the company replied to my review stating someone would contact me to resolve any issues, it’s been a week and no one has. They only said that to keep up with appearances and look good after they’ve messed up so badly. GO ANYWHERE BUT SANTA ROSA!! I’d rather drive 40 minutes out to Pensacola instead of going back to these people. I had an incredibly disappointing and emotionally exhausting experience with Dr. Genevieve Hinks. As soon as I reported my miscarriage, it felt like any interest in providing care for me completely disappeared. Based on other reviews, it seems this isnt uncommon—Dr. Hinks appears to disregard patients going through miscarriages, which is shocking for someone in her field. They refused to see me in person until I had two blood tests confirming my HCG levels were dropping, but only sent an order for one blood test. This led to a wasted 40-minute round trip to and from the clinic for a blood draw that couldn’t even be completed. On top of that, my voicemail, left on a Wednesday, wasn’t responded to until the following Tuesday—and only after I left a second voicemail in tears, pleading for help. The staff member who returned my call was condescending and showed no empathy whatsoever. For someone working in such a sensitive field, this lack of compassion is absolutely appalling. Additionally, the fact that this office cannot perform blood draws onsite is incredibly odd and unprofessional. I’ve never encountered a doctor’s office that operates this way, and it only added to the frustration of an already difficult situation. If this is how Dr. Hinks handles a miscarriage, I have no confidence in her ability to handle a healthy pregnancy. I will absolutely not be returning for any future pregnancies and would strongly advise anyone to seek care elsewhere. The lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism from this doctor and her office is unacceptable.

5 /5 Angela Cowart: I Felt at Ease and Very Comfortable with Dr. Genevieve Hinks. She was Reassuring and Knowledgeable about the Issues I was facing. I was also Very Appreciative with Each Team Member/Associate That Provided Me with Care! I Would Definitely Recommend This Facility for Optimum Care!

Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office

Jesse Johnson, MD - Lake Mary De Campbell: Outstanding patient assistance. Dr. Johnson is wonderful, top-notch physician. He’s super patient, very easy to speak with, honest and he educates you to help you with understanding any issues you may have, about medication, or with future care plans he may have for your health care with him. I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years, and I consider myself a lucky person to be one of his patients. Dawn, Dr. Johnson’s MA, is very kind,. She makes you feel comfortable while offering a friendly demeanor as she sets the tone for a positive visit with Dr. Johnson. The front office staff, Megan and Jacque are as sweet as you can ever have to receive you at a physician’s office. They are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I have also watched them work together and they are spot on a good team. These young ladies are the best Thank You All.

Towne Center Animal Hospital - Sanford Karen H: Dr. Z and his staff are always so kind and supportive. I have a diabetic kitty and she was showing signs of pancreatitis (again). I contacted his office first thing Monday morning, and he made room in his schedule to see, diagnose and treat my very sick kitty. We are so grateful to have a vet like Dr. Z and his wonderful staff!

I am so thankful I was referred to this office as it was such a huge blessing to go through this experience with a knowledgeable and kind team to walk through it with me. AdventHealth Medical Group - Oviedo Don Beatty: AdventHealth is only about numbers and getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. Im not supposed to ask my doctor too many questions or she gets behind schedule and gets in trouble. Wait times are horrible when you call for anything. My doctor gave me a referral and Advent called and left a voicemail for me to call back so they could schedule it for me. After I finally got through to an Advent operator, I was told that they dont schedule for this particular doctor and I would have to call them myself. What a waste of half an hour on the phone. This is typically of the level of service that I receive from Advent. They are so bad that my own doctor is leaving AdventHealth and I plan to follow her!

As a husband, its often difficult to navigate sensitive health issues, but from our very first visit, the staff made the entire process so much easier. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure my wife felt comfortable and heard at every appointment. The atmosphere in the clinic is warm and inviting, and the staff works seamlessly together to create a sense of trust and comfort. My wife has felt empowered and confident in the care shes receiving, and as her husband, that means everything to me.
