1 /5 Alicia B: My friend is in town visiting and we ended up coming here to get our nails done. We called before to verify pricing and were told over the phone acrylics with regular polish is 35. When we arrived the guy told my friend she should just do a layover as she didnt want longer nails, no problem, he said this was $30 including polish. Once she sat down a worker came over and said since she picked 2 nail polish colors it would now be $40. Her polish chipped within the first hour. They didnt do any type of cuticle care or even clean under our nails. I got acrylics and opted for just having the tips painted, which as you can see the acrylic tips arent even fully covered. He didnt clean the smeared polish off the sides of my fingers, and most the lines are globbed up and crooked. I literally had to file down the sides of my real nails myself, as they were hanging over the acrylics.
We had to wait 10 minutes to pay, even though when we walked up to the counter the woman in charge was already standing there, she walked away and left us waiting. We paid together (still not sure why we even paid) and the lady rudely asked if the tip was for both employees. Unless you want to spend $50 for a fresh manicure that looks 2 weeks old, I would trust the reviews. We didnt and it was a mistake.
