5 /5 Gemima Lubin: I am thoroughly impressed with Serene Beauty Lounge. I scheduled a last minute appointment the day before and they were able to schedule me right away. I got a wash and treatment, then styled it with curling rods (unfortunately it rained that day and my curls were no more, but I’m sure it would’ve lasted otherwise). The ladies working here were so friendly: Jodi gave me the best and most thorough hair wash/ scalp massage I’ve ever had!!! She took her time and truly took care of my hair. The hair products she used left my head feeling so fresh and my hair soft. Kim was very informative and helped me decide which natural style I should do with my hair. It was a relaxed environment to be in and they even recommended products that were best for my hair texture with the option to order and pick up from their salon. The appointment went longer than I expected (3hrs), but all in all, this is a great group of professional women with a spacious/ clean salon who clearly love and excel at what they do. I will surely be back, thank you ladies!
