5 /5 Ben J. Santosuosso: Dr. Chu is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and listens to you. She explain things to you. She takes a real interest in her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

1 /5 Peter N.: Dr Chu was used to very nice, however the ladies at the front desk was lack of knowledge and responsibility. I have appointment and when I came, they said they don’t take my insurance. I have called 2-3 times before making appointment and they said they will take it. They wasted my time and they not even apologised about their lack of professional ethics. No one call me prior to the appointment and let me know that they don’t take my insurance so I don’t have to take a day off to come to see them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
