1 /5 R. Jà ye: Highly upset! I made a dentist appt for my 3 year old daughter a month ago and we arrive to the office ahead of time. The receptionist for some reason could not locate my insurance… he tried a few times. Then told me unfortunately I cannot find your insurance. So I leave and sit in my car and call my insurance. So the lady from blue cross tells me to give the reception a number to call. When I get back into the office, the rep that helped me was gone. Another very nice lady helped me. She called the number that I was given, and she was able to locate my insurance, however, by the time everything situated, the dentist was in a meeting so I have to reschedule a month out. How is that fair? I won’t be coming back here. I don’t recommend they don’t care about your time.
