Even when she collected $400 she still put a smile on my face! I had confusing paperwork from my insurance and needed help to submit my claim. She was so helpful. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked for her assistance. Good people are hard to find. I hope she gets recognize because she deserves it! Thanks Yami!

They ensured my prescription was called in. They asked a lot of questions, made me feel extremely comfortable and made me feel like a valued patient. I am grateful for their professionalism and concern for my health.

1 /5 Vickie Leferink: Thursday afternoon at work I started feeling really bad. Heavy eyes, runny nose, coughing few and a few aches . I stopped at advanced medical, I had a 5:10 appointment. I arrived at 4:45 knowing I would have to fill out paperwork. I did not leave there until 7:20. They did a Covid and a flu test. Both were negative. I asked her to please give me steroids and send me home so I could go to bed. She wouldn’t do that, she wanted bloodwork, which would be another charge. Then she came back and said we’re not gonna do the blood test I’ll give you Flonase and you can go home. She did not give me anything and they sent me out the door. Friday morning I woke up feeling worse than ever and went up to urgent care on Immokalee Road where they did the same two test found everything negative Gave me a Z-Pak cough medicine with codeine and sent me home. It’s now Friday evening and I feel much better already I will never walk into Advanced Medical Center again.

5 /5 Have Faith M: I go to Advance Medical often. Its very convenient having a Dr available 7 days a week. Staff at front desk is very efficient, wait time varies, Ive waited 5 minutes up to 45... its a walk In clinic, so these things should be expected. Drs are knowledgeable always leave there with a diagnosis and after care.

Sonia R.: I went to the ER and the nurse and security personnel were very nice and unfortunately, it was the doctor who left me disappointed. I was upset at my visit and heard her in the hallway mocking me and letting the other nurse know why I was crying. Nobody wants to be in the emergency room, ever, it’s already a stressful and unpleasant enough situation. Hearing the professional in the hallway making light of how someone reacts was very disappointing. For someone who is supposed to treat someone and care for people’s health, a little empathy would go a long way. Even if she felt it just had to be said and she had a point to make, perhaps not in the hallway where everyone can hear would be more appropriate.

They work hard, quick, and they keep you updated and make sure your pet is in good hands. Thank you all so much for saving our baby and without the emergency surgery we thought she needed! I have also called with a couple questions and everyone at the front desk has been very helpful and kind. Thank you all so much!!!

John Hauss: Aside from the waiting, I was very pleased with the staff, I cant remember the name of my Emergency Nurse who prepped me for an ablation, or the 2 Nurses that tended to me in the Operating Room. The Anesthesiologist was very personable and brought me happily into my dream state. Of course Dr. Samantha Sublette rocks. Room Nurses were pleasant and worked hard to please me at all times. And especially Natalie the charge Nurse who called my daughter to let her know I forgot my cell phone that Im typing this on.

Katherine Earley: I want to give 4 stars... but were STILL WAITING on the ER team to tell us whats next. Its been 6 hours since we got here after being told by his VA Primary Care that an ER visit was necessary due to a lab result. Gulf Coast staff have been kind, professional, and helpful. They cant control the timing of more urgent patients; apparently we keep getting bumped down the line due to trauma patients. Conclusion - if your Dr tells you to go to this ER on a Friday afternoon because you are "severely anemic"; be prepared to stay in the waiting room all night. And be prepared to not eat real food - youll never know if you have enough time to go to the cafeteria.

Rob Popoli: I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Its clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families, which made a huge difference in this stressful situation. They made my toddler feel comfortable and safe, using gentle language, engaging him with, and taking time to answer his curious little questions. Their dedication to providing a child-friendly environment was evident and greatly appreciated. The surgery itself went smoothly and was completed much faster than I had anticipated. I was so relieved to hear everything went perfectly! After the procedure, the staff was thorough in explaining the aftercare process, addressing all my concerns about what to expect in the days and weeks ahead. Their comprehensive guidance made it much easier to navigate the recovery period. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son received at the childrens hospital. The kindness, thoroughness, and expertise of the entire staff made a challenging experience much more manageable, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire journey and with each visit.
