1 /5 Laura Carrillo: I loved this practice so much when it was HAB Dental. Since they changed ownership, they have called the DAY OF each time I had an appointment scheduled asking me to come in earlier when I repeatedly have told them I work until 3:30pm in Boca and they accept 4pm appointments. I had a consult scheduled for today at 4pm and now the doctor cannot see me because he might not be here permanently in the next few months. They offered a different doctor to see me but hes only available at the Boynton location. Then they proceed to ask me to leave work early so that I can drive further to be seen.. even though they ALLOW ME to make my appointments at 4pm in BOCA in advance?? So unprofessional and so inconsiderate of peoples time. If they didnt accept appointments at 4pm, Id obviously understand. But the fact is, THEY DO. I just had a cleaning at 4pm last week. Unfortunately some people dont have the luxury of leaving work or calling off at the last minute...

1 /5 Adriana: These people are the WORST!! Be aware they’re scammers!! Gave them my insurance two times and they still won’t apply it and are billing me for a regular cleaning that’s covered under my insurance!!! I wish someone would have told me that they’re CON ARTIST. Hey Smile Design, I will be reporting you to the better business bureau so maybe you won’t scam other people. There are plenty of dentist in FL. Avoid these one AT ALLL COSTS.

5 /5 Kyle Singer: Michelle that did my deep clean needs a raise. If I was In charge of HAB I would do whatever it took to make sure this young women stays happy. Def one of a kind and deserves every bit of praise and maybe even some worshipping Michelle is that good!!! Thank you everybody at HAB all of you are much appreciated. 1 /5 Kelly V: I called for an appointment two weeks ago and ***specifically*** asked if they would take the insurance plan we have. I even provided the subscriber number and group number to ensure there was no mistake/confusion, and I was told that they do take that plan. 2 weeks later, a day before the appointment, I get a call saying that they do not take the plan and asking me to pay out of pocket. These people are incompetent at best and deliberately misleading at worst. Don’t waste your time with this office.
